These are people you can trust. I have no qualms taking it in when there's a problem and giving them the OK to fix whatever and knowing I won't need CPR when I see the bill. I recently purchased a used 2008 Chevrolet Suburban from Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC. I found the vehicle on the internet and then contacted Victor Storrs to obtain more information about it. I live over 3 Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC. I found the vehicle on the internet and then contacted Victor Storrs to obtain more information about it. I live over 300 miles away from the dealership and once all the details were worked out and we had decided on a sales price, I agreed to fly into Richmond and drive the vehicle home. Victor transfered the Suburban from their Powhatan lot over to their dealership in Richmond which is right next to the airport. I was met at the airport with my vehicle and taken back to the dealership to complete the paperwork. This is the first used vehicle that I have ever committed to purchasing without actually looking it over and test driving it first. Victor answered all of my questions and even took a few extra pictures for me. I have been extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the sales experience at Capital and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
