Sales, sales manager, and finance were all very low pressure. Worked well for over three weeks to get the deal and vehicle we wanted without blowing our phones up. Went to four other “big named” dealerships who acted like it was a bother to sell a vehicle. Haley Midlo was professional and friendly. We’ll be back when it’s time for that 2500 HD. Excellent staff; everyone I came into contact with was polite and professional. Traci, who ensured that the car didn't get sold before I arrived, given my two-hour drive, was also patient and courteous, as was Tatiana, our salesperson. Mike, the finance manager, is very efficient. The sales manager, Cole, is awesome. The car hadn't been state-inspected. He informed us he couldn't sell the car unless it had a current inspection, so after the purchase, he had the car inspected and delivered to us two hours away🙂🙂🙂 Thank you so much! I had a great experience buying a used 2024 Chevy Malibu. Mason C., my sales associate, was not a "hard-sell" type, took time to answer all of my questions, allowed me to take good test drive with the vehicle and helped take care of the paperwork and making sure mu plates were transferred and that the car was detailed.
