I went initially just to drive two Impalas. I was just beginning my search for a new car. I didn't want either of the cars I drove, but I left thinking that no one tried to pressure me into anything. The manager even offered to look at a car I was considering that was being sold privately. The next day I went back to drive the Malibu and loved it. I feel like I got a good deal. I did research on line for many hours before purchasing. Kelly knew everything about the vehicles. She answered questions before I asked them. We had fun talking and laughing, but she was always very professional. Carla was a wonderful finance person. She did not try to sell me anything extra or push me into anything. She made recommendations. She also found me a better interest rate than my credit union had promised. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle on my own and they made it a good one. I would definitely recommend them (already have) and would definitely go there again. More

But, Kent Cole kept us in mind and promptly found another truck that was just what we were looking for and actually an even better buy. Not wanting to finance, we made a $500.00 down payment until we could transfer funds and pay cash which we did on 01-07-2012. No one made any demands or hassled us over the delay. As promised, the truck was beautifully detailed, gased up, and ready to roll! The entire staff was friendly and fulfilled their various duties in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner. All options, features, and legal responsibilities were demonstrated and/or explained in great detail. Everything went very smoothly and we look forward to doing business with you in the future!
