My experience in purchasing my '08 Rav4 Limited was unique in that at the time the team was working out of their smaller store, preparing for their transition to a brand new facility that was just finished being built. Working with them as they transitioned, I was pleased to find it wasn't hard to contact who I needed to or get answers for questions I had about my new purchase. Zuhri was the salesman I worked with and he was personable, accomodating, easy to reach, and still remembers who I am. The EXACT same can also be said for the Director of Finance, Rudy Jones! Rudy was a delight to work with and seeing how he is one of the last people I met with in purchasing my car, he is a big part of the reason I left the dealership feeling comfortable and valued, and also like this team was a small family! Yesterday we purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Grossinger Auto Plex. We traded in a Camry Hybrid that we had purchased from Grossinger 3 years previously. Our two-year-old daughter had a great time climbing in and out of the cars, which did not seem to bother the folks at Grossinger and made for a much more pleasant experience for us. This time we worked with sales representative Matt Kockler. He is a young guy who, we think, primarily sells Scion cars. However, he did a great job leading us through our test drive of the Highlander and negotiations over the price, after-market purchases, etc. He is professional and courteous beyond his years. Last Saturday my husband and I went into the new Grossinger Complex just to "look" as the new 2010 Cadillacs. After searching for prices and the features I wanted on a new car throughout Chicago land, I finally got the Prius of my dreams from Grossinger City Autoplex on January 2 of 2010! I needed a reliable car new car throughout Chicago land, I finally got the Prius of my dreams from Grossinger City Autoplex on January 2 of 2010! I needed a reliable car that will take me all over the state, save me money on gas/repairs, and also provide me with entertainment while I drive alone for over four hours(without traffic). I am in love with the Toyota Prius 2010 because it has all the features I want, and the ones I have been waiting for... a moon roof! I do not regret the time I spent searching for this car, because it helped me appreciate the service I found at this dealership. I walked throughout other dealerships and sales people will smile at me, but did not offer to help me; when I requested quotes, the prices given to me were blown out of proportion, to the point that I considered having my male friends to do the transaction for me. Ty Phat and Ray Khouchava services were great! Ty greeted me, showed interest on doing business with me since the beginning and did not insult my intelligence by blowing up the prices. In fact, he and Ray were very courteous and accommodating during the dealing process. Before going home on my new Prius, Ty walked me through all the features and possible questions I could have about my new car and business transaction. I have to admit that the beauty and amenities offered at their facilities intimidated me at the beginning (thinking that I will be charge just for stepping into the building), but in the end I got an amazing deal and service.
