I had decided that it was time for me to buy a new (or used) car for over a month now and had been checking out different dealers online. A friend and I walked into the impressive Grossinger citadel (you have to see this place... it's amazing) and were immediately greeted by sales rep Matt Kockler. He was friendly, personable and incredibly helpful without being the least bit pushy. I described what I was looking for (without being too specific to a manufacturer) and he immediately led me to the Toyota Corolla that would soon be mine! This car was exactly what I was looking for and it was love at first site. I checked out a few other cars, but ended up test driving and then buying a car that I love and that is a perfect fit for me, both personally and financially. From research I had done online, I was worried that it would be a little out of my budget and was pleased to see how well it worked out. Everyone we met at Grossinger, from the guy moving the cars around to Dennis Crockett in the business office had a smile on their face and looked genuinely happy to be working. I've already recommended Grossinger to one of my best friends and would do the same to anyone who is looking for a top quality vehicle from amazing salespeople in a beautiful, pristine facility. Matt and the entire Scion staff truely are a prime example of why they have the reputation that they do. They were both very helpful and answered alot of my questions. Terrance T. was my Sales Person he asked me what I wanted to purchase and gave me different options to chose from. He was very attentive and allowed me to take my time while viewing the vehicles. Brandi was very helpful because I had so many questions that I wanted to ask her. She was very patient with me and tried to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle that I was purchasing. She was very professional. Another reason I recommend this dealership is because everyone I met there was very friendly and curteous. When it was time for my final process of finishing my paperwork I went into the Finance Office. Rudy was very professional and did not have me waiting long at all. He explained the price and my paperwork to me in detail. He also answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone because of my experience I had with them. Every department that I came into contact with in different departments were so friendly. They have Valet Service, a Nail Shop, Food Stand, Shoe Shining and more. This dealership is Great!!!! More

All aspects of my experience at Grossinger surpassed expectations. My concerns about shifty car salemen and business managers, especially at a downtown dealership, were completely invalidated at Grossin expectations. We were greeted by Ruben within minutes of entering the showroom. He asked questions about what we were looking for, our budget, and what items were most important to us in buying a car. We were not "told" what we were looking for as I had expected we would be. Ruben provided a great deal of information on many different cars in many different price ranges, and continued to answer questions even after I told him I was not going to buy a car that day. I was impressed that he didn't rush us through the process, but was happy to show us as many different makes and models as we liked until we found the one that was right for us. Upon doing so, he worked with us on price, a trade-in, and financing to lower payments within our budget. He never pushed us to walk out with a car that day, but worked with us to make that a possibility if we opted for it. After agreeing on sale terms we met with Angelo, who explained the extended service options. Most add-on service plans are not worth it, and I had my mind made up to refuse long before he explained a thing. The first words out of his mouth were "you can take it or leave it," followed by an in-depth explanation of what turned out to be a very fair service plan. The lack of a hard sell was greatly appreciated. Similarly, the finance manager, Dennis, took the time to provide a thorough explanation of the extended warranty plan, both what it was and what it wasn't based on our long-term intentions with the car. He was very honest in his approach, even with some of the unflattering information he was forthcoming with. I again, felt no obligation or push to purchase anything additional, and he made sure to mention the tax deduction implications for getting the purchase in under the 2009 barrier, which he had no obligation to do. Finally, we did not have the trade-in on-site that day, so after the weekend Ruben personally traveled to my office to pick the car up, saving me the inconvenience of having to take time away from work to turn it in. We are very happy with our purchase of the 2010 Cadillac SRX and will definitely use this dealership again in the future for the great selection, friendly staff, and overall outstanding customer service experience. I was able to see the car many times and he was willing to show me the car again. I was greeted very well and the free valet service is great. I am sure to want to come back again. The building is very large and very well-maintained. My car had a repair and install job done on it and everything went fine. Bob Boyer was also very helpful explaining the money part of the car and about the optional features I wanted to install. Tommy was a very cool guy that knew what he was talking about. More
