Finally he asked the manager to give us a good deal exchange for the trade in. They were inhuman I would say because the treatment they gave us not considering my wife was hungry and they try hold us to wait for sales since they got our keys for our car. So we waited but it wasnt worth it . It was a nightmare experience as a customer will have. More

Also, their sales representative took me out on a test drive and couldn't stop swearing. <br><br>While performing a 30,000 mile service on my car, they improperly rotated my uni-directional tires causing them to wear unevenly and blow a few months later. I tried several times to call them (The Service Manager, Robert Duxmer), however he never called me back. <br><br>I would steer clear of this dealership...they are absolute crooks. More
