Kevin really seemed to care about my problem and wanted to do everything he could to make it right. If you happen to go to the Grossinger Autoplex, ask for Kevin. He is very friendly, personable and does his absolute best to make sure you leave happy, which is the way every customer SHOULD be treated. I can't say much for Yedidiah Israel, on the other hand. Israel is the Chevy sales manager. For a manager, he seemed to care less about my situation. The entire time I was trying to talk to him, he was on the phone and internet not paying the least bit of attention to the issue at hand. In fact, if it weren't for Kevin and Tom Hollingsworth, I wouldn't have left with a new hubcap (one was damaged) or a full tank of gas. These 2 issues were something my family and I had to argue with Israel about as if it was a serious inconvenience to him. I'm a buying customer! Should I really have to beg for a tank of gas? Also, I believe a manager should know where his vehicles are located when you ask to see one. It took the first 2 hours for Israel to find me the car I came there to look at, even though he knew I was coming to look at it at least an hour in advance. Again, thanks to Kevin Feret, I waited a shorter amount of time for vehicle while Israel still had no clue what was going on. Lastly, since buying my car at Grossinger Autoplex, Kevin has been extremely helpful and concerned regarding paperwork that I needed for my bank and insurance company. Glad I had Kevin as a salesman. I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Grossinger in November 2009. The dealership facility is new, very clean and well appointed. Working with Keith, Tom & Brian we received an extremely competitive price on both the new Cadillac and the Lexus we traded. After meeting with Fred and Angelo to sign the papers, Keith introduced us to Lon, Eric and LT in the Service Department. Keith has also followed up with us numerous times but the vehicle was well preped for delivery, so we haven't been back to the Service Department yet. This is a very professional organization that is focused on the needs of the Customer. More

I purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS-V. The Grossinger team redefines customer service. From my first inquiry to closing the financing, the Grossinger team was first class. An added touch was the owner, Gary Grossinger, stopped by to say thanks when I came to pick up the vehicle. If that was not enough, the dealership has just opened one of the most comfortable, customer friendly showrooms in the Midwest. Needless to say I am a big fan. More
They won't give you a price over the internet or the phone. They want you to come in and talk with them. When I said I wanted the price over the phone they said I was shopping around for the best pric phone. They want you to come in and talk with them. This dealerships gives you the run around. I went there multiple times and each time left with another story from someone else. My service experience has been like dealing to a bunch of xxxxxxx. Every person I talk to has no idea about the status of my repair - a simple screen replacement (under warranty) in a Prius. The one girl I do eventually talk to each time continually asks me when I'd like to bring the car in. I then have to remind her they've had my car for the last 5 days, and they don't even have a record of it. My part came in this morning at 8 a.m., which I only found out when I called to enquire. It's now 6 p.m. and the tech has gone home for the day, without fixing the car which would've taken 1 hour by their estimate. The girl again asked when I'd like to bring my car in - that explains why the car still isn't done, 10 hours after the part came in. I'll do my damndest to never use Grossinger Service again no matter HOW close they are to where I live. More
these guys worked the deal worked me over and took advantage of me. when my financing fell through instead of making a deal and maybe offering another car that would fit my budget i was talked around advantage of me. when my financing fell through instead of making a deal and maybe offering another car that would fit my budget i was talked around and over if my boyfriend hadn't along i would have been sapped with a 17,900 car 24% interest and almost 500 on a note. i was scared and unaware that car salesmen were such slime. they acted so nice but in my heart i knew something was going very wrong but i'm in the rebuilding process and they tried to take advantage. always know your out the door price the monthly will work itself out always know your final price! More
