He was very patient with our many questions and overall very good to work with. He wasn't pushy whatsoever and did not try to upsell us on a higher Prius model when we were trying to decide between two models. He brought in his manager, Brian, to help with the price negotiation, which was very smoothe and easy. They were very upfront and transparent with us, and we feel like we got a very fair deal. At our neighborhood dealership, the person we'd worked with over several months turned borderline nasty when we refused to sign a contract to buy on the spot after a test drive.
