He told me that he did have one with 100% sure.But when I came there after spending 40 mins in the traffic, I realized that I was fooled by him. The first look on his face told me clearly that he was lying even before he spoke. He did not have one. I understand some sales try allure people to come to the dealer. But his trick is so poor. I am wondering what he did in last 20 or 30 years. Did anybody tell him not to lie? How did his parents and teachers do their job? Never trust them!!! More

One day of looking for a vehicle to purchase, price comparison etc and we decided to purchase a new Highlander Limited. It took us 3 hours from walking in and deciding.
