How are you going to tell me that Brian can't remember that only three cars in your inventory are marked at 0% or are 2010 cars? Yet he told me all new Yaris are at 0%. That is until I actually picked a car out, then the % became something much higher to his surprise. A red car, a blue car, and greenish car hardly seem forgettable as the only 0% car you had in stock at that time. (Not your whole entire stock of new Yaris as Brian made it out to be) You didn't start these promotions the day I walked through the door, so why does he have SELECTIVE MEMORY on the terms? He couldn't remember that the 2011's didn't have this offer? One car does and one doesn't. Is that hard to remember? Who is supposed to be in the car business here? Me or you?

Why don't you come to me? Why do I need to come to you twice to buy a car once? You have a car, don't you? You can travel to me. I have to comeback because your co-workers aren't straight with me the first time around? What would you do if I came in? Refund my money? Trade cars? Put out a hit on me? What are your plans for my arrival? Tell me what you can do for me in this correspondence before I waste more time at your location. TIME IS MONEY! Why will you not address any of my questions in this forum? That's what it is for isn't it? Is it because others will see what you state here? Anything with a question mark is a question that needs answers. (?) Please review my questions from earlier. excuse me????? put a hit on you? this sounds way too personal,, you havent told me what happend.. or how how it happened,, there is a 0% special on 2010 yaris models only,,, that is true, its not a lie. if a customer likes a 2011 we dont deny them the chance to buy that car ,,, if you wanted the 0% special then you must have bought the 2010 for that reason. so,, mr oltman, please let me help you if you want to buy a 2011 ... going back and forth in message windows here is a good way not to get anything done,

Can you answer any of my questions? One? Personally I feel you are avoiding my questions and not answering them on purpose. You are directing this issue to another place that has nothing to do with a me buying a 2011 Yaris. It has to do with deception and false representation on your pricing. Why was I told all new Yaris had a 0% rate. Will you admit you made a mistake? Will someone admit it? The issue here is the deceptive sales technique used by Grossinger. Not that my car needs to be a 2011 version! Do you understand now? How clearly can I make this for you? Stop sending email about problems that i'm not having. You are getting personal with me! Not the other way around. Please stop with the harassment. I told you I'd come in if you answered my questions. Its simple, not hard like you're making this. I invited you to meet me to properly discuss this matter. But you want to sell another car, so you want me to come in.

I hope this Mrolman person decides to sue you for posting private info received from private personal files. I'm sure all your other customers will be happy to hear that their info isn't safe with Grossinger Toyota. Hell, I bet Toyota would love to know this too. Do you post personal info about all your customers? Or just ones you are trying to single out? You really screwed up on this one, Ray. Know I will have to let other know that Grossinger gives away private info to anyone and posts that on-line for anyone to see. Do you have any workers with prison records? If you do I hope none of your customers find out that ex-cons might have access to their records. Any of your workers serve time? Who else are you looking to give personal private info to???? Why don't you give me your wife's full name? Home address? Home phone? Don't want to give that info out? Why? You like public forum to display privatize info.
