Grossinger auto was a nice place to find a car. The place is huge, I was only over in the Toyota Area, and it was large as well. Nice range of cars to look at. I had been to one other dealership where I was treated pretty rudely, and coming over to Grossinger, I met Maurice Simmons, who gave me all the information I asked for. Maurice was knowledgeable and showed me the cars I wanted to look at. He went out of his way to move a couple cars to take the car I liked out for a drive. When it wasn't the right car for me, he had a list of other options ready. I would have to say though, that the company, for having an upscale look, should look more into current technology. For example, I see on here others talk about waiting while the sales person "found the car", really? its 2010, put a gps / tracking device on every car that works in short range, setup receiver devices among the couple floors of cars and you wont have to "look around" for it. I asked for a list of the packages on the car, and they couldn't email it to me (or chose not to). Needless to say, I had a great experience, and would recommend anyone to visit Maurice for a simple, straight to the point, buying experience, no hassle or gimmicks. More

Our original saalesman was let go after we ordered a car and Kevin took over the sale for us... He was very attentive in trying to get me the exaact car I wanted in a timely fashion. I recieved the car about 4 days after working with Kevin. After receiving the car we had soem technical difficulties and Kevin was great about getting them handled asap. He made a follow up call to me to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend working with him. The guys in the service department were very helpfull when I had to drop my car off to get the protector package...they had a driver take me home so that I didnt have to wait while my car was being "protected"... When I brought it in to be fixed the service guys were really friendly. they set me up with a rental car for the day. Car was fixed promply by 9am the next day. Overall dealership was great to work with. More
