I brought my car in for them to fix my door. I arrived before 9:00 am pursuant to my appointment. I stayed at the dealership, but no one gave me an update for 3 hours. I had to go up to the desk to ask about status, at which time I was told it was being worked on. Eventually, I was told it would cost $700 to fix the door, which I approved. 2 hours passed and still no word. I then was told that they did not have the part, but were getting it. I had to leave by 3:30, and they still had no part. I called my wife to pick me up at which time the manager told me he would call me later in the afternoon when it was ready. I did not hear anything until the next morning, when I got a text saying that it was done. When I got to the dealership to pick it up, I figured I get some discount for the inconvenience I was put through, but it was only after I complained about the lack of a discount that they gave me a measles $30 discount. I will never use that place again! More
