Greenway Kia East is one of the biggest ripoff’s I’ve seen. $130 for oil change and “32 point inspection”. I assume I got the oil and filter. They wouldn’t do a tire rotation because of a nail in the tre seen. $130 for oil change and “32 point inspection”. I assume I got the oil and filter. They wouldn’t do a tire rotation because of a nail in the tread of one tire. Said it couldn’t be patched and I needed a new tire. But they rated my tires “Green” on the inspection sheet. So that tells me they did no inspection of the vehicle. Just attached a pre filled out inspection sheet. I took the car to an independent tire shop to have tire inspected. Nail was just laying horizontal across tread. No piercing or air loss. They popped it off and sent me on my way no charge. Avoid this dealer at all cost. I noticed in their sales area they are charging $10,000 above MSRP for fuel enhancement, license plate frame, their stupid badge, and some pinstripes. Basically just gouging because lemmings don’t challenge these outrageous business practices. The economy will turn and this place will regret how crappy they treat their customers. I would have gone back if they were reasonably priced. They got my money this one time but lost a customer forever. Freaking morons. One $130 oil change or forty $65 oil changes??? Good luck Greenway Kia East. I’m hoping you get treated this way in other areas of your life. More

Bought my Kia and paid $1500. 00 for extended warranty and maintenance service..Called numerous times to get paperwork for it so I know what coverage I have so I wasn't paying my c 00 for extended warranty and maintenance service..Called numerous times to get paperwork for it so I know what coverage I have so I wasn't paying my car insurance company for things that were already covered by the warranty or maintenance plan. Even after all the messages I left I never received a call back .I even requested to speak with management but they or the sales department would not call me back..A year later my car won't start so I call them again..After several more calls and conversations with numerous people they tell me I have roadside assistance..I go online to request roadside assistance and the phone # and web address they gave me were worthless..After hours online and on the phone I finally find help. So they come and charge my battery (new) and I go straight to the dealer. After sitting there all day they tell me they fixed not 1, not 2 but 3 RECALLS on this Kia Sportage (SUV) (2023). They also tell me my battery Is fine, I must have left a light on (,not the case) This vehicle turns your lights off automatically if you forget to..This is the first Kia I have bought and it will be the last. They have alot to learn about customer service and apparently about building a good car. More

I originally had an appointment with Pedro, but something came up and Anthony ended up taking care of us. Anthony was fantastic, answered any questions we had, found out the information if he didn’t know the came up and Anthony ended up taking care of us.
