Only reason i go here is because it is close to the house , when my motor went out they had car for three months and never gave me a loaner or put me in a rental car why they put a new engine in my car , jus , when my motor went out they had car for three months and never gave me a loaner or put me in a rental car why they put a new engine in my car , just had recall work done and they said i need break work pads where at 3mm they said front had half left on the and back had 75% left on them , dont trust them at all More

Service team is courteous and the techs do a professional job, every time. But several weeks ago I was told that parts had been ordered to repair my jammed sunroof. I dropped in to inquire and was told that job, every time. But several weeks ago I was told that parts had been ordered to repair my jammed sunroof. I dropped in to inquire and was told that parts are now available at parts department but scheduling would be done when I return for scheduled oil change. Came for oil change and scheduling wasn't done. Dealership does not seem to have the capacity to handle what appears to be a manufacturing defect. More
