I really did have a good experience with the buying process and felt I got a good deal. However, the sales person told me to call back the following week to find out if they had the other smart key fo process and felt I got a good deal. However, the sales person told me to call back the following week to find out if they had the other smart key fob, which I did. Spoke to sales person again, reminded about fob, said they’d check right away, and then never called back. Been another week. Not good. More

The service manager was great but when I dropped it off they were supposed to give me a rental car. 10 days later and they said that they are having issues getting one. Lack of communication. Horrible Customer service. No desire to truly service and help. Had my vehicle for almost months and returned the car to me without being completed. Horrible Customer service.
