Do not know what happened Manager left during deal. My wife had heard their ads on the radio and was interesting in trading in our 2014 Kia Soul in for a 2015 Sorrento. After 3 1/2 hours at the dealer n My wife had heard their ads on the radio and was interesting in trading in our 2014 Kia Soul in for a 2015 Sorrento. After 3 1/2 hours at the dealer nothing was accomplished. Numbers were agreed upon the sales rep (Juan was very helpful) was sent on a wild goose chase for 45 minutes to find a Red Sorrento (even though we wanted black) at the car corral could not locate the vehicle or keys. I saw the Black Sorrento and Eddie the manager on duty told us to test drive it and he would rerun the numbers for this black one. Less than five minutes test drive because we were getting tired of being stuck at the dealership so long. During this time Eddie left without doing anything on the deal or informing anyone. Was told that now the numbers would have to be done on Monday. When all previous numbers were sign here if we can get to your price you will take vehicle today. We live in Edgewater and drove over an hour to give Orlando Kia a chance to earn a customer even though Daytona Kia and Deland Kia are much closer for us. My wife and I are highly disappointed and have never seen a car deal go like this or a manger send you out on a test drive and leave. So we are now left waiting for a call on Monday from Orlando Kia. More

Ask for Brandon G!!! I was not in the market for a vehicle, I just purchased a brand new 2013 Optima at the end of last year. I was at the dealership on 12/08/14 waiting f I was not in the market for a vehicle, I just purchased a brand new 2013 Optima at the end of last year. I was at the dealership on 12/08/14 waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I was helped by a very nice young man Brandon who asked if everything was going ok with my car and if I was enjoying it. Brandon offered to show me the new 2015 Optima while I waited for my car. Based on the GREAT experience I had with Brandon, I was ready to buy a new car when I was not even looking to purchase right now! Brandon was very knowledgable and taught me things about my car that I did not know. He was EXCELLENT! Brandon also showed me a Sorento when I told him that I had just had a baby since I bought my car and may need to upgrade in the near future. I have to admit, I was not very happy with my first purchase from this dealership last yeat, but if I had any doubts on buying another Kia, Brandon changed all that. He certaintly has made me a loyal Kia cusstomer. I feel like I may be able to upgrade my car sooner than I thought. I will most definitely be back to get my Sorento and I hope Brandon is there to help! More
