This dealer has been the worse dealer I have dealt with. The prices on the internet are way off and are used to lead you to their dealer. They had a poor inventory and offered me a very low trade in value for my KIA which was in excellent condition. I decided to go back to David Maus VW and ended up trading in both my vehicles. We drove out the lot with two new VWs. They were honest and the prices were correct on their website with no lies. No promoting David Maus, but I feel people should know the truth. This dealer is filled with crooks. I would never pay 38,000 for a Kia optima. I bought a VW Passat VR6 Car of the Year for 30,200. WOW, what a deal. Goodbye KIA. I guess you lost two car sales. More

I contacted the dealership through the internet. I filled out a credit app and received a phone call from Ryan. He proceeded to tell me how bad my credit was and was I aware of it. Yes, I am aware of it, but we have the income, house, etc. He said he would get back to me that night. He would see what he could do, but inquired if I could have a co signer. I said yes, if needed. That was on a Wednesday and I never heard back from him. Like a fool I called him on Wednesday, a week later. He said he was going to be unable to do anything for me, but I said I have a co signer. Oh, ok, tune changes. Have her fill out the app and I'll get back to you. So the person does so but contacts me to tell me she does not feel comfortable with him, and it doesn't sound like he knows what he's doing. FYI, she work for Audi, VW, Porsche. She knows about sales. Anyway, Ryan then calls back to ask me when I can come in. I can pick out a car and get it on paper to start the process....Ryan, did you forget about my upside down vehicle I am currently in?? Now the tone changes again. He has no clue. I explain the situation, and again he says I will get back to you. Today is Friday, no response yet from Ryan. So I call him. Oh hi, sorry I didn't call you back, yeah, I ended up leaving early that day. He then proceeded to tell me, yeah, well there is nothing we can do for you with your vehicle. So, in short, Kia provides poor customer service! I'm not upset because I was unable to get a car with Kia, I'm upset at the fact that I was treated so poorly. Customer service is very important and it is sad when people lose sight of that. It hurts everyone, especially in this case the business. More

I began looking at new vehicles just to see what was out there - I was driving a 2001 Saturn L200 that was in great shape, so I really didn't need a new car, I just wanted to shop around so when I did need there - I was driving a 2001 Saturn L200 that was in great shape, so I really didn't need a new car, I just wanted to shop around so when I did need a new car, I would not have to rush to get one. The first time I visited Orlando Kia East, Korey Snowden met us at the door and was very helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted: a Forte EX. After a pleasant test drive, we went inside to talk numbers. The manager who was working with us and Korey, Emilio, was not very friendly at all, and almost seemed like he was talking down to me for not wanting to pay the unwavering price he was offering. I walked out. That being said, I loved that Forte and Korey had been great, so we kept some correspondence about other options I had. Several weeks later, I was doing some online research and spotted a 2011 Forte EX in their inventory, and it was listed at a great price. I notified Korey immediately, and he got to work on making me a deal just as quickly. I walked away with the exact car I wanted, with most of its warranty left on it. I explicitly told Korey that we did not want to do business with Emilio again, and we instead did business with Mike Shah, who was also great. Mike managed to get the price down to what I could afford, and even let me take the car with me that night with just the down payment, even though I had not yet received the check for the loan from my bank. I would recommend this dealership, as long as, like any other car buying experience, you have done your research and understand the numbers you are working with, and exactly what you can afford. There are folks here who want to see you happy, and want to see you in a car that you love, and they will do what they can to make sure that happens. I cannot say enough for Korey, who was very patient with me, and went out of his way to put me in my new 2011 Kia Forte EX. Very pleased :) More
Terrible sales team here. I walked in with a quote from their top competitor, the Sonata, told them if they match I will buy it. Simple as that. I was corrected rudely by the Sales Manager when rounding the difference up to $13 per month (he was sure to let me know it was $12.33). Long story short, they were willing to watch me walk out the door and go to their competitor over "$13" per month....and possibly $20,000 total sale. They neglected to shake my hand and rudely walked away leaving me sitting at the table alone. I walked into Hyundai and had a car (and a quote even lower than the orig. offer) in 10 minutes. I am embarrassed to say I wanted the Optima and their team was the worst. Don't buy here. More
I can not tell you what a misirable experience we had. First, I feel sorry for anyone who does no have internet. They have three different pricing structures. We submitted a 2010 Toyota Rave 4 Limited w/56K miles. They offered $13.4 car max paid us $16K. I will never go back to this dealership and will tell everyone they are not honorable. More
Yusuf Kothari was very polite but not honest about having the color of car we wanted and led us to believe it was being deliver. We ended up taking another color car after waiting from Saturday to Tuesday the color of car we wanted and led us to believe it was being deliver. We ended up taking another color car after waiting from Saturday to Tuesday and thats only because of the manager ( only one i consider to be honest with me) telling us they did make that year in that color. Then why we were busy doing the finance papers he was suppose to be getting our floor mats, cargo net and extra key, instead he said to come back the next day ( July 4th ) and we could obtain them. We did go back and was unable to get those items because they had a small crew working and no one in the parts department. To be fair about this someone was able to get our floor mats that day. So then we had to make another trip to the dealership to get the other items and not once was apology offer but was told we were not to get the cargo net by Mr. Kothari. After proving that it was on the sticker he did provide such item. Jose Navedo gave us a total of two business days before cashing our 95 dollar check instead of complying with our agreement of us bringing in the original title. We could have paid 85 dollars for a duplicate. Tried emailing and calling Mr. Navedo who still ( been 2 days since we left 4 phone messages and 1 day since sending him a email) has not bother to contact us. I have to say i do like the car but if i had to do it over again i would go to a different dealership. More
I've been taking my car to Kia for scheduled maintenance a few years now. When I come in I'm greeted by Chad, in a friendly professional manner. I'm usually out in a short time and he keeps me up to date. It's easy for me to ask questions about the car, and feel very comfortable while I wait. I have no complaints. Thank You Chad.
