I am very concerned about the sales tactics of your Orlando Kia East car sales location. My mother (Mary J. Snider) was in need of a car and she liked the Kia for its warranty features as advertised on Orlando Kia East car sales location. My mother (Mary J. Snider) was in need of a car and she liked the Kia for its warranty features as advertised on TV. My mother(Mary J.Snider) was prayed upon by means of high pressure sales tactics. Please let me explain. I received a call from the Salesman listed above Ray Okbay asking me to go online and give him rave reviews about himself and how exceptional his service was for my mother (Mary J. Snider)who was sitting in front of him at the time. My mother is elderly and would not be able to complete this task on her own. Mr. Okbay was at first prompting me to give him all 5's and to briefly give a statement that my mother is happy and would refer him to her friends and family. Something was not right about the conversation and I asked him to not do this and I would not give false information about the service my mother was receiving. I explained to Mr.Okbay that my mother is the one who would need to give him such Kudos and Accolades due to the fact that I was not there. In addition to that conversation I explained to Mr.Okbay that my mother is in need to purchase new or used vehicle and she is on a fixed income due to being elderly and retired. I again explained in detail that my mother was ready to purchase a new/used vehicle. Mr.Okbay not really knowing who I was or if in deed I was her daughter gave personal and confidential information about my mothers credit history and was ranting and raving in regards to the fact that she could purchase any vehicle that she wanted because "her credit is that good." Late that evening my mother calls me very upset because Mr.Okbay Leased her a vehicle and it was not for purchase. My mother explained to me that she was not educated on what kind of contract she was signing and the salesman was looking out for his best interest because she thought she was purchasing a vehicle. My mother then returned the vehicle the next morning. I would like to see this Kia location Audited for quality because noone should ever have an experience like this. Salesman should have the best interest of the client at heart not their pocket. These kinds of salesman reflects the culture and values of the dealership. This says a lot. I will definetly not recommend this dealership to anyone and if anyone asks they will know the name of the dearlship and the Salesman involved because this is the kind of employees that the dealership has for customer service.
