I was told with a 844 fica score I could not lease this car and I could not get outside lending. Had to go thru Kia finance America . ***Buyer Beware*** This dealership WILL NOT help you with anything once they have your money. I have tried contacting the General Manager on 20+ occasions by both email and phone without a single response or anything once they have your money. I have tried contacting the General Manager on 20+ occasions by both email and phone without a single response or call back. They have my money, and now have refused to assist me with a titling issue that they were dishonest about. I would caution anyone against utilizing this dealership because they're not in the business of customer service. Mr. Mnassa, I'm sure that you're going to respond by leaving your email and telling me to contact you, but I've tried multiple time through multiple outlets and you wont answer. Leaving your email is useless, but makes it appear to people reading these reviews that you care. Well, I've found out the hard way. More
