I would give them zero stars if possible. I brought my car in because my speakers sound muffled. Sounds like either a wire is loose or a speaker is blown. This should be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. The tech first said that it was it was a bad signal from the radio station. So I switched the station to five different stations and he had the same response to all five channels. I told him he was crazy and asked if he thought I was stupid! I switched to another three channels and had the same muffled sound on all three channels. I guess he felt that the bad signal excuse wouldn’t work on me any longer he switched up to "I don’t hear anything wrong with that!” I asked him to get out of my car and give my paperwork so I could leave. It was obvious he was trying to use any excuse possible not to do warranty work on my vehicle. I would not buy a gas cap from this dealership! I’m not sure of the name of the service tech but he was terrible. The service writer was fine. He just took my information and passed me on to the useless technician. More

Was towed in late with a flat tire. They were able to replace the tire and had me out of there just before closing. Too bad Kia does not put a spare in their Fortes.
