Has anyone sued this dealership: I took my new car in for a major warranty problem and it has not been fixed since August, it's sitting in their parking lot. They have the new car,I am without my car and th a major warranty problem and it has not been fixed since August, it's sitting in their parking lot. They have the new car,I am without my car and they say they are awaiting the factory for a determination on what to do. They do not return my many calls, they refuse to meet with me, they are rude and will not give me an answer, and I am paying my lease payment to KIA without being able to drive it...If anyone has a good attorney, please advise.....I am very frustrated....once you buy the car, they abandon you....very poor customer service from the top down!!!! I will find a good attorney just to get answers...this could be all avoided if they would just communicate properly. More

Staff great. Car left to be picked in area where I had back out because driving parking lot was blocked.
