After being verbally accused of something I didn’t say by their service manager in front of other customers, employees, and after many trips for faulty parts and I decided enough was enough. I was greeted promptly at Greenway Kia. Directed to an advisor who greeted me promptly. My advisor was very knowledgeable and informative. It seems like he cared and treated me as a customer and not a number that was being rushed through the line. Kia corporate should take a look into my bad experience from the previous dealership and maybe investigate my service records. We have been pleased with our new dealerships service department. We have been Kia customer since 2013. Our last purchase was a 2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige. Our previous purchase was a 2013 Kia Soul Exclaim that had 256,000 miles on it and was in pristine condition. More

Went in for a recall part, wound up having to return twice after that due to someone breaking my key fob, and trying to pass it off as 'fine' even though it was scotch taped back together.
