The difference between the MSRP and what the dealer charges for a vehicle is outrageous. Finance person was very condescending and rude. The whole purchase process needs to be more streamlined. 2 people need to be fired, Andres the finance guy and the sales guy Kiki can’t remember his name. Andres spent 1 hour harassing me to buy a $3100 warranty he does not understand the word no. Andres about cau sales guy Kiki can’t remember his name. Andres spent 1 hour harassing me to buy a $3100 warranty he does not understand the word no. Andres about caused Adden the very nice salesman his commission because I started to walk out of his office. This was my 2nd experience with Kia East my 1st experience was with Kiki needless to sąy I didn’t buy instead I went to Kia North. It’s obvious there’s a predatory culture at this dealership, I feel sorry for Adden because he’s too classy to be part of this xxxx show. Random employees smoking in front of the building is a great first impression. Find employees with more self control. At least no one looked high like some of the employees at Kia North. The experience I had other than working with Adden was the worst. Tell Kiki he’s the Asian guy who wears glasses that if a customer tells you their husband has cancer and doesn’t need the stress of dealing with the stress just back off. xxxx this dealership! More
