I took my car for service and the very next week . I smelled my car burning open the hood no coolant, no oil and washer fluids. They was supposed to rotate tires and that wasn't done. They left my bat I smelled my car burning open the hood no coolant, no oil and washer fluids. They was supposed to rotate tires and that wasn't done. They left my battery cap open. I called and spoke with kia rep in regards to everything she stated that she would get the message to manager still to this date I've yet to hear from anyone. I sent pictures and messages to manager and no response. Very disappointed because thus makes the second time my vehicle has went through this. More
