Adventures in our Bounder 35K A little over a year ago we stopped at the dealership to look at Motorhome. We were greated by Tom Craig who showed us many class A and c Motorhomes, A little over a year ago we stopped at the dealership to look at Motorhome. We were greated by Tom Craig who showed us many class A and c Motorhomes, and never put any pressure to purchase one. Tom explained the process of purchasing if we liked one but never any pressure to purchase that day. After about a year and visiting many RV dealerships in Florida, we returned to the dealership met with Eric who works with Tom. Eric took the time to show us several RV’ s and not seeing one we really liked we again left. Tom and Eric kept in touch and when we informed them we were really interested in a Bounder 35k which they did not have on the lot, 2 days later we received a call that a 2017 HR Vacationer 35 k was available, we looked and didn’t really feel it was the coach for us. After leaving we again received a call informing us that a 2017 Fleetwood Bounder was located at one of their dealerships in south Florida and it could be in Daytona the next morning if we wanted to see it. Again standing on their word Tom and Eric had the coach brought up with no obligation to us , so we could look at it. After seeing the coach and driving it we knew it was the one for us. Well I guess you figured out the ending. This is a no pressure no force sales tactics dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful . But the dynamic duo, Tom and Eric were excellent.Never have been on any dealership where the sales people do not pressure you. These guys were great. From Kristen who was at the front desk to welcome us to Phil the manager who guided us on properly finance to Doug who explained how everything in the coach works to two novice RVers. Thank You Giant Recreation for hiring such a professional staff. More

They will sell it, but NOT provide Service Within two weeks of the purchase of a motor home several issues were brought to the attention of the warranty section of the dealership. Four months l Within two weeks of the purchase of a motor home several issues were brought to the attention of the warranty section of the dealership. Four months later some of the issues are not resolved. Calls have been made to the warranty department, with promises to return with followup information, that has not occurred. The ONLY individual who has provided quality service is Chris. There is NOT service after the sale that would prompt a return to the dealership in the future, or to recommend the dealership to others. More

We took our time and spent many hours on different days comparing units and features, until we found the one that was right for us. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and accommodating, especially Jerry Schiller who worked with us to really understand what we needed and wanted. The pricing very good. The delivery was flawless with Doug the Delivery Coordinator spending an enormous amount of time explaining every feature of the unit to us and making sure that all our needs were met .... we recommend this dealership and its staff with out reservation. STOLEN CAMPER Giant Recreation World, Ormond Beach: I purchased a new 2018 travel trailer from them in June. In November I dropped off my trailer for minor warr Giant Recreation World, Ormond Beach: I purchased a new 2018 travel trailer from them in June. In November I dropped off my trailer for minor warrantee work. While in their possession my trailer was stolen. They admitted to the police that they stored my trailer in a NON-SECURED area. They did not even know my trailer was missing for 22 days. The insurance did not cover the full price I paid for it 6 months earlier and the insurance did not cover the contents (normal stuff). Subsequently, I took a loss of almost $5000.00. Giant Recreation World refused to accept any responsibility and refused to make up my losses. Beware.... More
