Wonderful Experience! We were looking for a used motor home and found the perfect one 400 miles from home. Phil was aware of our situation and worked everything out so we could pick it up and drive it home within hours of arriving. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Carl gave a complete and thorough orientation that first-time buyers could understand. And his attention to detail on the motor home was amazing, right down to replacing the torn awning at no additional charge! The entire staff was friendly and courteous. They even arranged a ride to the airport to return our rental car! When it came to taking care of all the paperwork, Kyle let us take over his office to arrange for our insurance and was very helpful with future vacation ideas. It was obvious that they all love what they do and they enjoy working as a team. They all even offered advice to make our trips more memorable. Poor Parts Department Attitude I asked Giant Recreation World (G.R.W.) Accessories Department to source a large replacement part for my RV, I provided y part number and they cross I asked Giant Recreation World (G.R.W.) Accessories Department to source a large replacement part for my RV, I provided y part number and they cross referenced my part number to their number and informed me that they did not stock my part but would have it the next day. I purchased the items ($2500.00) and when they arrived had no paperwork identifying the part and no shipping container. They assured me it was the right part, but when I tried to install it for 5 hours, none of the mounting bolts matched, and it was obviously the wrong part. I called G.R.W. and informed them of my issues installing the part and that it did not fit, I even offered to measure the eight mounting bolts from my original part and provide it to G.R.W. The GRW response was, " their warehouse would not measure the bolt hole locations for anyone and that this was a ridiculous request. I asked them how they would make sure the replacement would fit, the answer was, if I was that dissatisfied with their service call their manager. I called the GM and I am now waiting for a solution, in the meantime I can not use my camper as I intended to do this weekend. Everybody is nice until you give them the money, then you are on your own if you have any issues. More

The service person who did the walk through of our new rig was extremely knowledgeable about the coach. Sorry I don't remember his name. We'll be customers here for life. More
