Delivery Nightmare Doug scheduled our delivery which we were flexible with. First delivery was cancelled and rescheduled by him. Upon 2nd delivery, camper was not ready. Extras not installed and list of things wrong were not corrected. They made us accept the unit with a damaged sink and said they will come change it out in 2 weeks. RV was not cleaned properly. Tar/grease like substance on many areas of the floor. I had to gently scrape off for an hour. Numerous other problems with lighting, shower, etc. We will have to return for service for too many problems.We are living in our RV currently.....which we stressed to everyone involved. Its hard to believe someone actually checked out RV out prior to delivery. We were there for 10 hours!! They were still fixing items in the RV until the last hour. Their demeanor and mannerisms made me feel like I was the one being over picky. I just expect a clean RV in good working order after paying for it. Our salesman pretty much wasn't even involved after the initial purchase. He just laughed when we updated him on all the problems. No follow up calls to us has happened either. Unbelievable. We still have to go back for many correctons....however, we would not BUY from them again. This is our second RV purchase and the first purchase was 150 % better at another dealer on the west coast of Florida. GRW seems to just not really care about details. Go elsewhere. More

Doug also spent a great amount of time with us make sure we understood everything. We found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful as well as very personable. The facility at the Destination Daytona store was phenomenally bright clean and up-to-date. Free water, soft drinks and popcorn readily available. The staff was always concerned about our comfort. They seem to have all the facilities need to both sell, repair, service, and outfit your RV. More

Adventures in our Bounder 35K A little over a year ago we stopped at the dealership to look at Motorhome. We were greated by Tom Craig who showed us many class A and c Motorhomes, A little over a year ago we stopped at the dealership to look at Motorhome. We were greated by Tom Craig who showed us many class A and c Motorhomes, and never put any pressure to purchase one. Tom explained the process of purchasing if we liked one but never any pressure to purchase that day. After about a year and visiting many RV dealerships in Florida, we returned to the dealership met with Eric who works with Tom. Eric took the time to show us several RV’ s and not seeing one we really liked we again left. Tom and Eric kept in touch and when we informed them we were really interested in a Bounder 35k which they did not have on the lot, 2 days later we received a call that a 2017 HR Vacationer 35 k was available, we looked and didn’t really feel it was the coach for us. After leaving we again received a call informing us that a 2017 Fleetwood Bounder was located at one of their dealerships in south Florida and it could be in Daytona the next morning if we wanted to see it. Again standing on their word Tom and Eric had the coach brought up with no obligation to us , so we could look at it. After seeing the coach and driving it we knew it was the one for us. Well I guess you figured out the ending. This is a no pressure no force sales tactics dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful . But the dynamic duo, Tom and Eric were excellent.Never have been on any dealership where the sales people do not pressure you. These guys were great. From Kristen who was at the front desk to welcome us to Phil the manager who guided us on properly finance to Doug who explained how everything in the coach works to two novice RVers.
