As newbies to the camping world we had lots of questions and were nervous about purchasing a trailer. Everyone from Phil the sales manager to Kyle our sales consultant were friendly and helpful. Doug, the delivery consultant was wonderful to work with and helped us coordinate our schedules to do a walk through that was convenient for us. Brad , the service manager was so nice and informative regarding the workings of our trailer . He gave us great tips and advice. They all made the whole process so easy. More

Delivery Nightmare Doug scheduled our delivery which we were flexible with. First delivery was cancelled and rescheduled by him. Upon 2nd delivery, camper was not ready. Extras not installed and list of things wrong were not corrected. They made us accept the unit with a damaged sink and said they will come change it out in 2 weeks. RV was not cleaned properly. Tar/grease like substance on many areas of the floor. I had to gently scrape off for an hour. Numerous other problems with lighting, shower, etc. We will have to return for service for too many problems.We are living in our RV currently.....which we stressed to everyone involved. Its hard to believe someone actually checked out RV out prior to delivery. We were there for 10 hours!! They were still fixing items in the RV until the last hour. Their demeanor and mannerisms made me feel like I was the one being over picky. I just expect a clean RV in good working order after paying for it. Our salesman pretty much wasn't even involved after the initial purchase. He just laughed when we updated him on all the problems. No follow up calls to us has happened either. Unbelievable. We still have to go back for many correctons....however, we would not BUY from them again. This is our second RV purchase and the first purchase was 150 % better at another dealer on the west coast of Florida. GRW seems to just not really care about details. Go elsewhere. More

The facility at the Destination Daytona store was phenomenally bright clean and up-to-date. Free water, soft drinks and popcorn readily available. The staff was always concerned about our comfort. They seem to have all the facilities need to both sell, repair, service, and outfit your RV. More
