We were warned that they add $3,000 at the end...believe me it's true. They will seriously undervalue your trade in as well! The other day the wiring that runs from the back of the motorhome to my car broke. Since I no longer live near Giant Recreation World, I went to a couple nearby dealers for help. They would only sell me an expensive new electric wiring hookup. Fortunately, I happened to be in the neighborhood of Giant Recreation World a few days ago and Kevin Mills, a service advisor, repaired the 6 year old wiring promptly and for only $9. Outstanding!!! Count me as continuous fan of Giant Recreation World. And thank you again Kevin Mills. More

Kyle S. is so personable and helpful as we purchased the internet special, a 2018 Coachman Freelander on the showroom floor. We returned in 2 days and Doug R. gave us a very detailed explanation of how to run all the RV's features. We signed financing which was arranged by Dave L. who got us the lowest % available. He did the license registration and they put the plate on for us. We drove away happy campers. I will need to make an appointment to get the extra sealant I purchased. We hear the BIG Boss in Orlando liked the "Trade" we brought. More
