I had been working with Erin for several months, but she could not be there the day we were ready to buy the car. She was patient and shared info with me regularly to keep me engaged. CJ stepped in and did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable and patient. I thought I knew what I wanted walking in the door, but ended up with exactly the right vehicle for me! We had a hiccup with the Costco discount, but that was not CJ or Germain's fault. All in all, we had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Germain, Erin & CJ. More

Over a thousand in total. This outrageous overcharging sends a clear message that this dealership is in it for the short term and not looking for repeat car buying customers. I won’t be back to this dealer and am turned off by volvo altogether. More
