The service dept by far are the most accommodating and gracious team I've ever dealt with. Charged 5. 5 hours of labor for work that was done in less than 3 and very likely done in less than 2 hours. 40,000 mile service is little more than an oil chang 5 hours of labor for work that was done in less than 3 and very likely done in less than 2 hours. 40,000 mile service is little more than an oil change yet cost was $900. Over a thousand in total. This outrageous overcharging sends a clear message that this dealership is in it for the short term and not looking for repeat car buying customers. I won’t be back to this dealer and am turned off by volvo altogether. More

This dealership has been really gracious with their time and figuring out what has been wrong with my car the few times it has been in the shop for unknown reasons. Love the customer service and how in the loop I was kept. This most recent stint I had to go on a holiday road trip and asked if I could have a larger loaner and they said no problem! I really thought they’d say no but they really accommodated my family with a xc90 for the week. Greatly appreciated it. More
