Those two service departments might be the worst i've ever contacted. Even though i bought mt G80 used in Akron, will look to Classic for any car purchases in the future . thanks More

I purchased a 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid and traded in a 2024 Genesis GV70. Sales and Management put together a deal, which I felt was a good value based on the Genesis trade-in price, the Honda price, and fina Genesis GV70. Sales and Management put together a deal, which I felt was a good value based on the Genesis trade-in price, the Honda price, and finance rate for the purchase. That's one of the best things you can say about a car sales transaction. Management worked to obtain the best finance rate for me. Sales contacted my insurance company to obtain coverage and printed new insurance cards. Finance transferred license plates to the Honda. Sales was professional and represented the dealership well throughout the process. More

Very displeased overall. During my last visit, the oil filter wasn't installed correctly and blew oil all over my driveway. This time, they informed me that my front tires During my last visit, the oil filter wasn't installed correctly and blew oil all over my driveway. This time, they informed me that my front tires were worn out. Only 21000 miles. This tells me the tires were not rotated each time they serviced it. The delivery driver changed the car's settings and did not revert to my original settings. I'm will not be using your maintenance services in the future, unless absolutely necessary. Great car, poor service. I notified the dealer in advance that I had a doctor's appointment and couldn't be home for the exchange. They said they would tell the driver. They did not, disturbed my dogs, and called while I was in the doctor's office. Poor communication More
