One thing I didn’t like. When I came for my vehicle I felt like I was being “shooed” out. I was trying to ask questions about what was done. She “read” it to me. I needed an explanation of what she was reading since I’m not a mechanic. The language used from a mechanic to me is foreign just as if I spoke to you about plumbing or electrical work, that would be foreign to you. An extra few minutes would go along way The gentleman that originally helped when I brought my vehicle , took his time to help me understand what was going on. More
