Hands down the best experience I have had at a service department. Audri was super amazing, kind, courteous, and understanding from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and to look at a window iss department. Audri was super amazing, kind, courteous, and understanding from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and to look at a window issue (walk-in, I did not have an appointment). I was on a time crunch to get to a doctor's appointment and on the road to Dallas, she said there was going to be a wait in which I agreed, but offered a ride if it got close to the appointment time. As the time got closer for me to need to leave, she was eager to get me an Uber to get me to the doctor appointment on-time and would have them pick me up afterwards as well. As the Uber arrived she had called to let me know my truck was ready and I could get back on the road. This is what service should look like, and I will be back to this service department because of her. Thank you Audri for your amazing help! More
