Met me with a smile and was able to check me in, discuss what I thought needed to be done to my car and was able to get me check in within 15-20 minutes. Was impressed by your service e department sending me an inspection video showing what he was doing, what he found and how he rated my car. Excellent job Ford ✔️. Took my ford in for service, it came out with parts not attached back properly, my turbo disconnected, dirty as xxxx, settings changed, and hail damage…very disappointed and to top it off, had an oil chang attached back properly, my turbo disconnected, dirty as xxxx, settings changed, and hail damage…very disappointed and to top it off, had an oil change and they didnt even too off the def after the lady told me they did…not to mention the bigger lady in pink kept grunting and making comments cause the phone kept ringing like the money she makes for doing her job wasnt paying her bills… More
Disappointed in recent service. Unprofessional service representative. Had to call to see if car was even checked in after drop off. When I picked up I had to drive out of garage myself in between 2 cars, almost hit garage doors. Car was filthy from recent rain. Didn’t even offer to rinse. Last time I use this location! More
