This is my first negative experience with Friendly Honda but it is enough to take the time to steer others away from this location. Kingston Honda has been great. My repairs at Friendly were incomplete, diagnosis misleading and invoice dishonest. Attempts to resolve the issue were ignored and followup visits ineffective. Friendly Honda has no problem taking your money. In my opinion they do not stand behind their work and have little regard for customer satisfaction. Their "President's Award" level of service was not apparent to me. More
