He has always been honest and fair, and takes good care of our family. He thinks of everything, all the little details. We have bought approximately 10 cars during that time, and have always used you for our service as well. We have checked other dealers, and Friendly always has the best price. We don't waste our time anymore, we just come to Friendly. It sounds corny, but Friendly really is the friendliest dealership. We always have a good time with your employees and feel like it is a family event. Other dealerships try to be friendly, but it seems forced, not genuine. The culture that has been developed between the employees at your business is just terrific. Paul in financing is wonderful too. And we love the service guys! They really care about our cars. They are so thorough and clue us in ahead of time if there may be problems to attend to. The new car was delivered so quickly, and it had to come from another dealership. Ron wanted to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted. Boy did everyone hustle to make sure it was done in time so we could take advantage of the deal in March that we wanted. I traded in our 2007 Toyota Hybrid Hylander for a 2010 Honda Crv on February 13, 2010. We decided to take a lease on the vehicle. My initial experience was OK. I was suprised that the dealership could take care of it the same day I made an inquiry. We agreed to the terms of the lease. We requested to add a roof rack, which was a separate additional expense for us, that the sales person said could be done the same day. My credit card was given for the purchase of the roof rack on February 13, 2010. While I was waiting, after I had given my credit card for the roof rack,on February 13,2010 I was told that no one was available to make the installation, and we would have to call to make an appointment. I felt this information should have been given, before you took the credit card. When we called to make an appointment on February 15,2010, we were told by the dealerships service department, that they do not have any one available on Saturdays. We found this to be unusual, since the Saturday before, they had told us it could be installed. With some persuasion, the service department agreed to bring someone in the following Saturday, on February 20, 2010. After our conversation that day, we felt the sales department had been dishonest.The sales person had lied to us, so we would sign the paper that same day, we made our inquiry. I then called the dealership,on February 16, 2010 requesting a refund for the roof rack, but still have not received it. I made it clear I did not want to do business with this dealership, and wanted my money refunded. I called multiple times, talked to a number of managers, still today my money back, but it has not been refunded. I find this to be very bad business practice and dishonest. They have promised me a refund, but why can't they refund the money the same day I requested it? They were able to charge me right away. Let the buyer beware. More

I went in to test drive and purchase a 2007 Civic Si and was treated with great respect as soon as I walked in the door (even though I'm part of the younger crowd). I had a quote from another dealer that t was treated with great respect as soon as I walked in the door (even though I'm part of the younger crowd). I had a quote from another dealer that they promptly beat by $1000, so I did the customary test drive and started on the finances. The salesman was very nice, pretty knowledgeable about cars and obviously knew his product and Honda cars in general. The finance team was easy to deal with and everything went as smooth as possible. The paperwork was completed within the hour and I had my car within a few days, completely ready to go. When I came to pick the car up they truly made the experience special, as they took time to once again go over everything and present the car right in front of the dealership. This isn't the kind of place that sells you a car and then forgets about you. My future experiences dealt mostly with the service side of the dealership, which is very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. They will gladly help with any repair, warranty or not, and never refuse to do anything. They always call to update and will gladly give in to special needs, like leaving the keys in an unlocked car if I cant make it before the dealer closes, or giving a loaner car for very minor warranty work. I will certainly purchase my next Honda from Friendly! More
After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I went here. The saleman was extremely accomodating, and the manager nice. The sales contract was very clear and straight forward. The atmosphere of the sales department is relaxed and civilized, and notably lacking in smoke and mirrors. They have no complaints against them with Better Bussiness Bureau, which is unusual, and I'm beginning to think that's the way to identify a good dealership. I got the car I wanted in short order. If I ever buy another Honda this is where I'd go. Haven't tried the service department- More
Bought 2 Accords here. Very satisfied.
