I was extremely happy.... Ken was very professional and did an excellent job taking care of me, even though I went in when they were short sales help. He asked me what I was looking for and what was important to me. I was searching for a car for about 3 weeks and the last place I went was Friendly Honda, next time I will start my shopping at Friendly and save 3 weeks!!! More

Staff is great. We have purchased three Hondas over the years and have had a great experience all three times. Technically this is our fourth since we bought the car at the end of the lease. This by far was my best sales experience that I have had purchasing a car. All aspects of the sales experience were tremendous. A recent service experience with the Friendly Service department turned me off to the Honda brand, but when we needed to buy another car the positive consumer reviews brought us back. Many friends also recommended we give Friendly another chance based on positive experiences in the past. We decided to buy used and visited the Certified Used department at Friendly. The first salesperson we worked with was very nice. Even went thru the effort to search for a used model we were interested in. When we were shown the car however it was nowhere near ready for sale (many scratches on the body, dirty interior, really beat up) and overpriced. A new model was only a slightly higher cost. We decided to buy new and then received misleading information about pricing and policies that were "beyond their control" including a stiff penalty for paying cash? Ridiculous! Other Honda dealers I spoke with were embarrassed by this claim and stated this dealer simply lied to us. Further explained "the new owners of Friendly are driving the place into the ground and ruining the good reputation the original owners built". This is driving customers to other dealers in the area. Bottom line with Friendly, price was not negotiable, what you see on the sticker is what you get. The sales manager was aloof and unhelpful. Friendly does not care about their customers. Went to another Honda dealer had a perfect car buying experience at a much lower price. Avoid Friendly Honda. More
I have dealt with Ron Alexander for about fifteen years now; this is the third car I have bought from him and Friendly Honda. He has always been a pleasure to work with. I liked the car, but dealing with the service department was awful. I realized that a reliable and helpful dealer is a substantial ingredient in whether or not to buy a car, and so returned to Friendly Honda when I needed my next car. More
Jose Torres was friendly and knowledgeable. He processed the sale efficiently and thoroughly. I had no questions by the time we were done with the sale. I was an interenet auto shopper from New Mexico in search of a used Toyota Land Cruiser. Friendly Honda had one on the lot for about 2 days and I snatched it up. They quickly wrapped up the deal and had the of a used Toyota Land Cruiser. Friendly Honda had one on the lot for about 2 days and I snatched it up. They quickly wrapped up the deal and had the SUV shipped off to me. Upon the SUV's arrival I discovered a hidden, but major electric issue. I had the misfortune of living 2000 miles away in New Mexico and was unable to bring it in to Friendly Honda for repair. Friendly Honda and Mike Lombardo the used car manager stepped up and quickly resolved the issue. They took care of getting my SUV fixed here in New Mexico and they set me up with a warranty to protect against any future problems. Mike Lombardo quickly put my mind at ease and made me feel confident about my purchase. I love the SUV. Thank you Mike! Patrick BTW...I had some dealings with Mike Desantis the financing guy, I felt a bit like I needed a shower after talking with him. Desantis was trying to solve my problems with up-charges on a warranty. Luckily, Mike Lombardo was a straight shooter. More
