I went to Friendly Honda after being very disappointed at other dealerships on their overall service. We were immediately greeted by friendly and personable staff members who were informative and not at all other dealerships on their overall service. I went to the dealership a total of four times and I never had any desire to visit another dealership after my experience with Friendly Honda. This was my first car purchase but my parents, who were with me, have purchased many cars from many dealerships in the past and both agreed that our experience far exceed any other car dealership- they anticipated our needs and our concerns and made sure they were met before we even realized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I have told everyone I know about it and recommended that their next car purchase be from Friendly Honda. More

The next day I received a call from Mike, in the loan department, regarding the change in my monthly payment-he informed me it would be 20 more a month and wanted me to know before picking the car up so there would be no surprises. I was very happy with this since in our economy 20 a month could be a problem. I have been driving my Accord for a week now and absolutely love it-I do wish I had upgraded on certain figures but maybe in 3 years when I plan to come back. More

I can't thank her enough for her help.I came into Honda about a year ago and saw the salesperson who sold me my element and asked to trade it in and get another car,well he said it wasen't going to work,i know my credit wasen't the greatest but over 6years i built up credit with honda buy making all my payments on 3 cars i bought from honda,as a matter of fact my credit is worse now then a year back but danielle wasen't letting me leave without a car and that she made my XMASS WHAT SHE DID IN 1 DAY the other sales person took 2 weeks of going back and forth asking for money and cosigners again she did with out a penny down and no cosigners amazing what you can do when your heart is in your job.Other than the price of gas there was not a thing wrong with my element again i wasent ever going to come back to honda because i was told i could not get a new car, danielle sent me a letter about purchasing a new car and i told her i did not want to go through what i went through a year ago and she said let me try and 1 day later i had a new car keep her on your staff if you want to sell cars thank you again joe and angela catapano More
If you get a warranty on the car make sure that if there is a problem with the car you get it fixed then. See what happened with me is in February my window fell off the track for a Volkswagon and it was fi is a problem with the car you get it fixed then. A couple days ago it did the same thing and this time I had to pay 350 to get it fixed because my warranty was up. Now they knew that there was an issue with my window in February but it seems like they waited until I no longer had a warranty so that way they could charge me for it. I will never come here again. I was not even given a loner for the 2 almost 3 days without my car... Thank you for nothing. Oh and when I went to start my car it was dead. I get that but make sure you give the car back fully functional, like how it was brought in. If I would of known this I would of brought it somewhere else... More
I was extremely happy.... I did not expect to be getting a new car and with in hours I was driving away in a 2011 car... the staff was wonderful, friendly and made my Christmas awesome... thanks They worked a new car and with in hours I was driving away in a 2011 car... the staff was wonderful, friendly and made my Christmas awesome... thanks They worked with my car payment to make it reasonable, showed me all my options and followed up with me a few days later to see how things were... Ken was very professional and did an excellent job taking care of me, even though I went in when they were short sales help. He asked me what I was looking for and what was important to me. I was searching for a car for about 3 weeks and the last place I went was Friendly Honda, next time I will start my shopping at Friendly and save 3 weeks!!! More
