I can't thank her enough for her help.I came into Honda about a year ago and saw the salesperson who sold me my element and asked to trade it in and get another car,well he said it wasen't going to work,i know my credit wasen't the greatest but over 6years i built up credit with honda buy making all my payments on 3 cars i bought from honda,as a matter of fact my credit is worse now then a year back but danielle wasen't letting me leave without a car and that she made my XMASS WHAT SHE DID IN 1 DAY the other sales person took 2 weeks of going back and forth asking for money and cosigners again she did with out a penny down and no cosigners amazing what you can do when your heart is in your job.Other than the price of gas there was not a thing wrong with my element again i wasent ever going to come back to honda because i was told i could not get a new car, danielle sent me a letter about purchasing a new car and i told her i did not want to go through what i went through a year ago and she said let me try and 1 day later i had a new car keep her on your staff if you want to sell cars thank you again joe and angela catapano More
If you get a warranty on the car make sure that if there is a problem with the car you get it fixed then. A couple days ago it did the same thing and this time I had to pay 350 to get it fixed because my warranty was up. Now they knew that there was an issue with my window in February but it seems like they waited until I no longer had a warranty so that way they could charge me for it. I will never come here again. I was not even given a loner for the 2 almost 3 days without my car... Thank you for nothing. Oh and when I went to start my car it was dead. I get that but make sure you give the car back fully functional, like how it was brought in. If I would of known this I would of brought it somewhere else... More
I was extremely happy.... This by far was my best sales experience that I have had purchasing a car. All aspects of the sales experience were tremendous. A recent service experience with the Friendly Service department turned me off to the Honda brand, but when we needed to buy another car the positive consumer reviews brought us back. Many friends also recommended we give Friendly another chance based on positive experiences in the past. We decided to buy used and visited the Certified Used department at Friendly. The first salesperson we worked with was very nice. Even went thru the effort to search for a used model we were interested in. When we were shown the car however it was nowhere near ready for sale (many scratches on the body, dirty interior, really beat up) and overpriced. A new model was only a slightly higher cost. We decided to buy new and then received misleading information about pricing and policies that were "beyond their control" including a stiff penalty for paying cash? Ridiculous! Other Honda dealers I spoke with were embarrassed by this claim and stated this dealer simply lied to us. Further explained "the new owners of Friendly are driving the place into the ground and ruining the good reputation the original owners built". This is driving customers to other dealers in the area. Bottom line with Friendly, price was not negotiable, what you see on the sticker is what you get. The sales manager was aloof and unhelpful. Friendly does not care about their customers. Went to another Honda dealer had a perfect car buying experience at a much lower price. Avoid Friendly Honda. More
