The employees of Friendly Honda, Colin and Jim both offered the best customer service I've ever experienced at an auto dealership. Papa Mbaye was extremely friendly and went above and beyond his responsibilities to assist me with leasing a new vehicle. I do not think I could have asked for a better sales representative. My husband and I went to the dealership having already negotiated the price on a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring. They had two in the color we wanted and we told them we wanted the one with 7 miles on it. We saw the car, decided on it and started the paperwork for that particular van. We signed the forms and came back two days later to pick up the van. When we went out to the vehicle to make sure everything was turned on and set up, I noticed the odometer said 298. I asked if that was the mileage and was initially told no. When I pressed and asked to see the mileage on the car, he finally told me that it was, in fact, the mileage. When we inquired as to why the vehicle now had 300 miles on it, they wouldn't give us a straight answer. We finally found out that they had redone our signed agreement changing the VIN from the one with 7 miles on it to the one with 300 miles on it because they wanted to keep the lower mileage one on the lot. When the story came out, instead of coming clean and trying to right their wrong, we were treated even worse. We were told that it didn't matter what the mileage, that we had no reason to be upset, etc. We ended up walking out of the dealership with check in hand, refusing to buy the car. I found out later that what they did was not only deceptive business practice but is ILLEGAL!! They still have not tried to call and apologize or anything. Although their prices were competitive (although not the lowest), I would not recommend them in any way, shape or form. More

We told the finance manager exactly what we wanted to pay per month and how much we had to put down and he worked everything out to exactly what we wanted. Lewis was great, affable and no-hassles guy. Very straight-forward in explaining the lease program, no pressure, just helpful. I had decided to shop around after the Paragon Honda experience, which seemed to give the appearance the lease was a negotiable contract as long as you're willing to settle for that price point *that* day. I don't like being pressured nor do I want to feel I should settle the contract even after the best offering was given to me. Friendly Honda was not like that, even though the down was a little more, the no nonsense lease breakdown payments was clearly visible for my review. I appreciate the honesty and I generally don't haggle if I see a transparent program. I will definitely come back for other services. Thanks, ACG More

I went to Friendly Honda after being very disappointed at other dealerships on their overall service. We were immediately greeted by friendly and personable staff members who were informative and not at all other dealerships on their overall service. I went to the dealership a total of four times and I never had any desire to visit another dealership after my experience with Friendly Honda. This was my first car purchase but my parents, who were with me, have purchased many cars from many dealerships in the past and both agreed that our experience far exceed any other car dealership- they anticipated our needs and our concerns and made sure they were met before we even realized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I have told everyone I know about it and recommended that their next car purchase be from Friendly Honda. More

The next day I received a call from Mike, in the loan department, regarding the change in my monthly payment-he informed me it would be 20 more a month and wanted me to know before picking the car up so there would be no surprises. I was very happy with this since in our economy 20 a month could be a problem. I have been driving my Accord for a week now and absolutely love it-I do wish I had upgraded on certain figures but maybe in 3 years when I plan to come back. More
