When we went to the dealership it was on a whim. We wanted to see if trading up our civic even with the 2 years left on the loan made sense for us. Danielle was very helpful in going over our options and helped us work out a payment that was in our budget. She was sensitive to our needs and our current financial situation and worked very hard to help us get us into the car we wanted at a price we could afford. She was not pushy or high pressure at all. I am very glad that Daniel was our salesperson. I have made four new car purchases in my lifetime so far and I must say that our experience with Friendly Honda was a very good. I just want to take the time to tell you what an absolute excellent experience I had just had leasing my new 2011 crv. I was not sure what I was going to do in regards to my new vehicle either buy new, leas excellent experience I had just had leasing my new 2011 crv. I was not sure what I was going to do in regards to my new vehicle either buy new, lease or buy pre-owned. My wife stopped in last week to look at some pre-owned vehicles and jay Honold went out of his way to help her out even though she had no idea what I wanted. After me going to a few other dealerships my wife said I had to go and see Jay, so on my home I stopped to see him. I stopped In with a totally different idea than my wife had and basically Jay and I started over. Within an hour or so and the help and ideas of Pat Clark and Mike Desantis I was leasing a new 2011 crv. I am a salesman myself and never felt pressured or “hard sold” at all. Now comes time for my delivery, I was scheduled to pick up on Friday the 18th and on Thursday the 17th I had a big problem with my current vehicle(ford) and had called Jay at 12pm and asked if I could pick up on Thursday instead of Friday and he told me not a problem it will be ready by 5! Sure enough it was with Jay going the extra mile and pushing my delivery up it was ready. These three guys are the best! I have never owned a Honda before and I can say now I am a lifer! I will do everything in my power to push business your way. I appreciate all the work those guys put into my sale. Mike made the paperwork portion pretty much a breeze while Jay was getting the car ready while I signed the paperwork. I don’t do this very often but being in the service business myself I feel that when you have an experience like I had you should write a letter of appreciation. Thanks again and I will hopefully be buying Hondas in the years to come. More

I had a good experience at Friendly Honda while picking up my lease on a 2011 Honda CRV. I love the car and have previously owned hondas and I know they are reliable and strong. This being my very first ex up my lease on a 2011 Honda CRV. I love the car and have previously owned hondas and I know they are reliable and strong. This being my very first experience with Friendly Honda and it being such a brief experience, I can't say that all of my experiences with them will be great, as we are at the very beginning of a 3yr relationship. My husband and I went to the dealership having already negotiated the price on a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring. They had two in the color we wanted and we told them we wanted the one with 7 miles on it. We negotiated the price on a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring. They had two in the color we wanted and we told them we wanted the one with 7 miles on it. We saw the car, decided on it and started the paperwork for that particular van. We signed the forms and came back two days later to pick up the van. When we went out to the vehicle to make sure everything was turned on and set up, I noticed the odometer said 298. I asked if that was the mileage and was initially told no. When I pressed and asked to see the mileage on the car, he finally told me that it was, in fact, the mileage. When we inquired as to why the vehicle now had 300 miles on it, they wouldn't give us a straight answer. We finally found out that they had redone our signed agreement changing the VIN from the one with 7 miles on it to the one with 300 miles on it because they wanted to keep the lower mileage one on the lot. When the story came out, instead of coming clean and trying to right their wrong, we were treated even worse. We were told that it didn't matter what the mileage, that we had no reason to be upset, etc. We ended up walking out of the dealership with check in hand, refusing to buy the car. I found out later that what they did was not only deceptive business practice but is ILLEGAL!! They still have not tried to call and apologize or anything. Although their prices were competitive (although not the lowest), I would not recommend them in any way, shape or form. More

We told the finance manager exactly what we wanted to pay per month and how much we had to put down and he worked everything out to exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommended this dealership. More
