Before I purchse a New Odyssey, I did my homework, got offers from two dealerships in the area, and then contacted Friednlt Honda. First, they did not have the color I wanted. Second, they could not even get within $500. of the price I already had. Since this was the closest to my house, I went along with them provided that they will get me the car within three or four business days. They kept sliding the dates, and then told me that the only car they would get would have at least 150 miles on. I didn't mind, but they kept still sliding the delivery. When i complained, their finance manager Pat, was both rude and unhelpful. I surely took my business somewhere else. More

I went to this dealer looking to purchase another Honda Accord to replace mine that had over 200,000 miles on it. When I entered I was able to speak with a salesman and let him know what I was looking for Accord to replace mine that had over 200,000 miles on it. When I entered I was able to speak with a salesman and let him know what I was looking for. They didn't have anything available at the time that matched what I was interested so I gave him my information and he would let me know as soon as he had something that fit my needs. I called him back 1 week later and again a second time a week after that. I never received a returned call. I received better service at Middletown Honda and Dansbury Honda but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for in a timely manner. I opted to go with a Toyota and while I would purchase another Honda again the treatment I have received from Toyota has been much better than what I received at Friendly Honda. More

I came in looking for a Civic for my son. Like a mind reader, Robert seemed to know just what we were looking for. The showroom itself is also very well done and everyone I worked with was patient and happy to answer all of our questions. We wanted to purchase a standard transmission car although I had not driven a one in many years and my son had very little experience with them. Anyone who has ever taught another person to drive a standard can certainly imagine the patience it took for Robert to bring us on a test drive while bringing us both up to speed. It was all well done and in good humor to boot! My son and I are both very happy with our experience with this dealer and with the purchase. More
