I had a fantastic experience at Friendly Honda with Papa. When I purchased my 2000 CRV I had a salesman who was condesending and rude so was hesitant to go back to Friendly. However, I knew several people who spoke highly of Friendly so went back. Papa took the time to explain how everything worked in my new car and even set up my phone for me to work with the bluetooth. I would highly recommend Friendly and would direct people to go see Papa! More
When you enter the showroom you are greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and sales personnel willing to lend a hand even though you are not their customer. Ron Alexander,salesman, made the buying process very easy and satisfying. He is knowledgeable and does an outstanding job explaining the vehicle's options. The delivery process was as satisfying as the buying process. He assured me the car would be ready at a specific time and it was. Ron spent more time explaining how things work then I expected he would. While the purchased price was not as low as I wanted, I feel he offers a fair price and I signed the contract feeling we both got a good deal. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Friendly Honda.You don't feel pressured to make a quick decision. It seems to be a well managed dealership.I highly recommend them. More

I was shopping for a late model CRV with low miles and had trouble finding what I was looking for in my local area. Prices were fair, but I was stretching my budget and needed to find an LX so that I wasn had trouble finding what I was looking for in my local area. I saw the one I eventually purchased from Friendly Honda online with just over 5k miles on it and called to ask about it. The car had just arrived and hadn't been detailed yet and Kenny, the salesman, did not have a lot of information about it. However, he offered to take some pictures of the car and send them to me. I didn't want to drive 2.5 hours if there were marks all over it. What I like most about my experience is that Kenny sent me photos of the exterior and interior, even though the interior had stains all over the driver seat and parts of the drivers door. It looked like spilled paint. This was a disappointment at the time, because I was sure I would not want to buy the car if the stains could not come out. However, I later appreciated the fact that Kenny did not try to cover it up or delay sending pictures until the car could be cleaned. He was up front and honest about the car's condition. The next day, I received more pictures from Kenny and the stains were gone. The detail crew really did a great job and the car looked near-new. My wife and I made the trip and we bought it. I have to also give credit to the finance manager (I don't recall his name)who took a good half hour explaining the benefits of the extended warranty. I was sure I didn't want it at first, but now that the purchase is done, I am glad I got it, because I do not have any concerns regarding my purchase. We were there after closing time by the time we finished and I felt no pressure to rush at any time. I have been in sales my entire career and this is how I treat my customers; but it is a rarity that I feel I receive the same treatment. I can say I received it at Friendly Honda. More
Went here after visiting several dealerships. Our sales rep, Kenny, was very nice for the most part but I tried contacting him after I purchased the car and my phone call and e-mail were not returned. On the day were supposed to pick up the car, we drove 40 minutes to arrive there by 9 AM, as scheduled. We waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes (the dealership was nearly empty at this point) before anyone even came over. We then had to sit and wait another 20-25 minutes because the car wasn't ready. I was told they had a "busy weekend." Overall, the car is great and I may reccommend to others, but the customer service could have been a lot better. More
I cant say enough about Friendly honda, i just leased/bought my 3rd car in 3 Years from Friendly.. there are many closer dealerships to my home but none have come close to giving my wife and i the leased/bought my 3rd car in 3 Years from Friendly.. there are many closer dealerships to my home but none have come close to giving my wife and i the kind of attention and service as Friendly Honda. A bad experience all around. Salesman was a friend of a friend, so I felt obligated to stick with him -- even though my gut told me to walk out. I knew I wanted a new Honda Pilot and this was the most con friend, so I felt obligated to stick with him -- even though my gut told me to walk out. I knew I wanted a new Honda Pilot and this was the most convenient dealer to my home. We negotiated price on a new Pilot and I was pleased. Based on the features I was getting, I felt it was a fair price. When I arrived a week later to pick up the vehicle, the price was more than $1,500 higher than what we had agreed to the previous week. When I questioned why they had no good answer. Also, when I first went there they said I was approved for the low, special interest rate on the new vehicle. But when I went back a week later, the interest rate was 3 points higher. They said it was due to my marginal credit, but I pointed out that they had run a credit check the previous week and had approved me for the lower rate. They eventually lowered the sales price to the original agreement and with all the time I had already invested, I decided to move forward and complete the purchase. I am generally not a difficult person to please and don't recall ever taking the time to complain on an internet message board before this. I will certainly never purchase a car from Friendly Honda again. More
