Very happy MySync is working again I was very happy Eric, my service adviser, was able to update the MySync system and get it to work with iPhone 7. Ford and Microsoft have been terrible at updating Sync with new cell phones and new IOS versions. For 2 years, I was unable to get incoming text messages read to me so this was a major breakthrough. My care was in for a recall and I am also thankful to Eddie for the loaner. More
Only after confirming with another Ford Dealer! I took my Ford F150 in for the third time to have them look at the brakes. Brakes have not been the same since they performed warranty work on the Ma I took my Ford F150 in for the third time to have them look at the brakes. Brakes have not been the same since they performed warranty work on the Master Cylinder. It took them close to 20 miles of road test to figure out what I told them all along. Still they say the brakes are fine, but could need calipars! Really? I had an appointment at Rohrman in Schaumburg for a key to be made. Total price quoted $239. For convenience sake, I took it to Friendly Ford instead. Much to my dismay when I picked up the truck, they charged me $283. How can two dealerships within 5 miles of each other be that different? I can tell you, it was the charge for programming the key. They would not match the charge of Rohrman until I caused a scene. Even then, they called Rohrman to see if I was telling the truth. The truck was supposed to be washed after being serviced. They pulled the truck around and it was worse than when I brought it in. They said they were under new management and short on porters and couldn't get to it. But, again, when I caused a scene, they found a porter right away to wash my truck. I had to wait for the truck to be washed, despite dropping it off the night before and picking it up after 4:00 pm. I wish I could say that this was the first issue. I have taken my vehicle to this location for several years, due only to the convenience to the train. At one point, I had three consecutive oil changes and the tag on the windshield for the first one said return in 5,000 miles; the second oil change said 1,000; third oil change said 3,000. Dealership explanation for this, "well it depends on how you drive the vehicle!" Really, I wish I had that same crystal ball, because frankly I don't know how they would know how I intended to drive my vehicle in the future. I will give a shout out to the cashier, who is the only one with any business sense! She is awesome! More

Very happy with service department and body shop I was treated very well by Steve the service manager and Paul from the body shop. Eric Schmit was also helpful with answering my questions. Confused My loaner was not ready at the time promised and I was not informed about a $50 deposit on the loaner. Great customer experience It is noticeable that everybody in the Friendly Ford Service Department is working together as ONE team. Makes for an excellent customer experience. I think I'm going to like this new feature. Should cut down on the need for back-and-forth phone calls between customers and service technicians. I'm sure the cashier/phone operator appreciates it, too. More
