Very happy with service department and body shop I was treated very well by Steve the service manager and Paul from the body shop. Eric Schmit was also helpful with answering my questions. The cashie I was treated very well by Steve the service manager and Paul from the body shop. Eric Schmit was also helpful with answering my questions. Confused My loaner was not ready at the time promised and I was not informed about a $50 deposit on the loaner. When I came to pick up my car, they couldn't fi My loaner was not ready at the time promised and I was not informed about a $50 deposit on the loaner. When I came to pick up my car, they couldn't find my paperwork and then tried to give me the wrong car. I'm sure the work was fine, but the service people were very confused. Great customer experience It is noticeable that everybody in the Friendly Ford Service Department is working together as ONE team. Makes for an excellent customer experience. It is noticeable that everybody in the Friendly Ford Service Department is working together as ONE team. Makes for an excellent customer experience. Also, kudos on the new automated texting system. I think I'm going to like this new feature. Should cut down on the need for back-and-forth phone calls between customers and service technicians. I'm sure the cashier/phone operator appreciates it, too. More
First oil change wanted to get the first oil change done. Called Friendly Ford and got my appointment.
