I never write reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I received at this dealer that I felt I must make sure it is known. I have a new F150 and was having transmission problems. I went to several dealers and most did not want to even deal with my problem. I was told that I should go back to the dealer where it was purchased, and even that dealer did not want to take on the transmission problem. Matt Yockey at Friendly Ford had to be the most proffessional service person I have dealt with in a long time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and took care of all of the problems very timely. His communication throughout the process was great. I will definitley be using this dealer for my service needs in the future and will recommend them to friends and family in the future. More

I return to the dealership often for routine service. Joe, Eddie, Kidd, Bill and Darryl are all very nice and effect an efficient low pressure sales transaction for their customers. Ania and Eric in the Quick Lane service area are also very friendly and helpful. I have found that all Friendly Ford employees go out of their way to help their customers. I and my family will return to their dealership first every time. More

I originally had an appointment with Dan, but he was called away and Kidd stepped in seamlessly to help me while I waited for Dan to return helpful.
