Disappointed I took my Escape in for a loud running blower and the blower was replaced but the problem was not resolved. I took it back and was told this is how it's supposed to sound. My problem was not resolved and I was dismissed quickly. I know how my car runs and a loud and continuous running blower is not normal. It's frustrating when they don't listen to you and your concerns about a car that you know and drive is supposed to sound. More

Consistantly great work Came in for oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. No problem. The work was done well within the time promised. My son used to take his car to a different dealer and had some issues. Tried Friendly once and has been a customer ever since. He is tougher to please than me, so that says a lot. More

Disappointing experience I have bought 2 cars from Friendly and have always been satisfied with device but this experience was dissapointing.
