Another Good Experience! I used the appointment desk to schedule my Fusion for the 60,000 mile service. It was easy and when I pulled in everything went smoothly. I walked across the street to take care of some personal business and shortly after coming back to the dealership my car was finished. I had requested an additional item to be looked at, and hoped for a reasonable fix. Scott showed me what the technician had found and offered me options on correction of this problem. Good staff, good effective service and another successful visit to Friendly Ford for scheduled service. Thanks to all! More

F-350 service Brought my F-350 for new brake pads and rotors. My windshield got an unreparable crack the same day. The guys at the dealership called for me to have Brought my F-350 for new brake pads and rotors. My windshield got an unreparable crack the same day. The guys at the dealership called for me to have somebody come out and replace it while they worked on the brakes. Thorough inspection showed that there was a leak in the radiator. The service technician personally sat with me and explained the issues he came across and discussed options I had under my extended warranty. Terrific positive attitude from everybody. More
