When I dropped off my car with Bill Cotton, he promised he would try to get my car back to me by 3-4:00 that afternoon. And he had it ready for me by noon. He made me feel like he valued my time and my business. The appointment was made the prior week with Kathy, she also made me feel like she valued my business. More

First Visit for Service and this is no Lexus Dealership We brought our newly purchased used 2013 Ford to Friendly for service and an additional day was required to obtain the parts necessary. I called at th We brought our newly purchased used 2013 Ford to Friendly for service and an additional day was required to obtain the parts necessary. I called at the end of the second day expecting to find out our total amount due, only to be told that they would need to keep the car a third day. We never received a call from the Service Department explaining that a third day would be necessary nor were we asked if that would be a problem. Being without a car that third day was going to be a problem, however everyone in the service department had left for the day and there was no one I could speak with about our transportation problem. I was transferred to the Quick Oil Change technician who assured me there was nobody there that could help me, I asked for a general manager, no luck there either. I was transferred to the Sales Manager who actually helped me by lending us a used vehicle for the next day. Thankfully someone was concerned about a customer. When we picked up our car there were no paper carpet protector mats in place and we had oil/grease smudges on the carpet. It's the details and poor communication which prompted our less than stellar report. The car was properly serviced and the broken a/c was fixed, I'll give them that much. I guess I'm used to the top notch service we've received at Woodfield Lexus and were disappointed here. More

Another Good Experience! I used the appointment desk to schedule my Fusion for the 60,000 mile service. It was easy and when I pulled in everything went smoothly. I walked across the street to take care of some personal business and shortly after coming back to the dealership my car was finished. I had requested an additional item to be looked at, and hoped for a reasonable fix. Scott showed me what the technician had found and offered me options on correction of this problem. Good staff, good effective service and another successful visit to Friendly Ford for scheduled service. Thanks to all! More
