Start to finish a very pleasant experience I moved into the area and needed a local dealer to service my two Ford automobiles, so I tried Marsh Ford and I was very satisfied with the time and c I moved into the area and needed a local dealer to service my two Ford automobiles, so I tried Marsh Ford and I was very satisfied with the time and care that was given to me as a new customer. I ultimately found out that after two years I was still treated like a new customer, obviously old or new the treatment and the work completed was always the same, very satisfying. Therefore when I was ready to upgrade my Mustang I returned to Marsh Ford. I was immediately introduced to Scott Lavin who treated me like we were old friends. I was taken back, I expected the typical, less than genuine glad handing but that didn't happen. In fact Scott overwhelmed me with his friendly and honest manner. And then there was the trade in process, which was handled with the same direct honest approach. What a pleasant experience! More

Salesman by the name of Dave Albert was so unbelievably personable and efficient that I told my wife we have to get our vehicle today. We got the best deal and didn't leave feeling like we got swindled. We live very close to Mccafferty Ford however they did not treat us very well, so we took the drive to Bill Marsh Ford and I'm glad we did. Thank You Dave Albert for your kindness and help. More

poor service I just needed an inspection, waited 4 hours, they said the reason was they had to wait for my insurance company to fax an insurance card. My salesman was Dave Albert and both times he really went the extra mile to do anything to ensure that I was happy with my purchases. Even when bringing in the cars for service and sitting in the customer waiting area, he would remember my name and the names of my wife and daughter, asking how there liked the cars. Being an old car guy, one snowy slow day I was there for an inspection and myself, Dave and the owner of the business were all sitting around talking about cars. Now how often do you ever even meet the owner of a dealership. The atmosphere there is so friendly even with the service manager Rob who also went out of his way to explain every thing that was done during the service visit. I highly recommend Bill Marsh Ford and I certainly will purchase cars from them again in the future. More
Dealership must pay for there good reveiws I drove an very long distance to purchase a car that was said to be in excellent condition, one owner. Only to find mechanical issues when I drove it. I was there all day, only to be told I would have to come back. Then the next 3 days calls were ignored. When I finally got the manager on the phone they went back on the whole deal wanting to add another $3000. To the vehicle for replacing a wheel bearing. I am a educated consumer who looked at there reveiws first, only to find out those great reveiws must be paid for. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Save yourself the headache! They falsely advertise vehicles until someone educated finds problems then they lie and scam you. More
