Living over an hour away I wanted to make sure I wasn't driving a three hour round trip to look at a vehicle that was falsely advertised as sometimes happens.Chris went out of his way to send me some additional pictures that I requested. He assured me it would be worth the trip. He was up front about the condition of the truck . His main concern was that it was the vehicle I was looking for and at no time did I feel being pushed into a sale. After a test ride and some price negotiations I bought the truck I was looking for. Everyone I dealt with was more than friendly. The truck was detailed well and ready to go when we came back to pick it up . Bill Marsh Ford is definitely not the stereotypical car dealership. A year ago I was in the market for a hybrid vehicle and I just couldn't find one that made me happy. I dropped in to Bill Marsh Ford to l dealership. A year ago I was in the market for a hybrid vehicle and I just couldn't find one that made me happy. I dropped in to Bill Marsh Ford to look at the hybrid Fusion. I met Dave who is also not your stereotypical salesman. I test drove the Fusion but it didn't fit my needs. Dave did something only really good salespeople do. He listened to me. He suggested that I look at Fords newest model the hybrid C-Max. I loved it (and still do)! Dave and the rest of the staff made it very easy to purchase the car. I am in the dealership every couple of months for an oil change and Dave will go out of his way to say hi and talk. Service staff is excellent as well. Very friendly people everywhere. This is not a mega dealership with 47 different car manufacturers. They sell only Ford and they do it well. I won't buy a Ford anywhere else. More

On the test drive steve took us to a nearby park, so my wife could practice driving using the rearview camera, and become accustomed to the handling characteristics of the vehicle. After the test drive Joe took over, explaining the different options and pricing. He answered all our questions and even told us some options he didn't think we needed based on our driving needs. There were rebates and incentives which clinched the deal. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle they spent at least 2 hours showing us how to use the cars advanced systems. I left the dealership confident that I knew more about this car than any other vehicle that I have ever operated. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and Bill Marsh Ford More

Had my car at another local Ford service center they had it three days and they could find the problem. I went to Bill Marsh they drove the car with me and found the problem in the transmission. VERY NICE PEOPLE ! We went to them after visiting many other Ford dealerships looking to purchase a C-max. They had a very nice selection, better than even mega-dealerships. They are located in a cute lit other Ford dealerships looking to purchase a C-max. They had a very nice selection, better than even mega-dealerships. They are located in a cute little town that in itself it's worth a weekend trip especially if you live in N.J. They have few salespeople and this makes the customer feel very comfortable. The road testing is done on local streets at first then on a quiet highway, then back on the locals and this gives ample opportunity to feel the car - an advantage that other dealerships don't have. There was no sales pressure on us and we felt there familiar and welcome. Once agreed upon the price (which was the lowest out of seven dealerships) we moved fast and we did find that buying a car out of state is no different than in-state, same fees, same registration process. Overall we think that Bill Marsh is a very efficient, customer oriented dealership and accordingly one can get there the best price and sale service. More

Bill Marsh is the closest Ford Dealer, I've been going there for years, I had a recall performed on my fuel tank. the dealer needed to drop my spare tire to do the work. a few months later I got a flat ( there for years, I had a recall performed on my fuel tank. the dealer needed to drop my spare tire to do the work. a few months later I got a flat ( my first ever) I couldn't lover the spare tire. I had to get towed. when I took it back to see what was wrong they told me I needed a new part that cost $300. I told them they were the last and only people to ever touch the spare. They denied it was their fault. Now my spare lives inside my van. I'm never going back More

All of our questions were answered thoroughly and our purchase was completed in a timely, stress free manner. Communication and honesty are key when purchasing a vehicle and with the friendly staff at Bill Marsh Ford, they provide both! The staff went over the entire vehicle with us and provided all of the documentation, service records, etc. Not to mention the extremely fair price we received for such a beautiful vehicle. More
