Something has changed in the service department. The latest service writers are arrogant and completely uncommitted to customer service. I was a loyal customer for for 12 years and always told of all my latest service writers are arrogant and completely uncommitted to customer service. I was a loyal customer for for 12 years and always told of all my experience with the service department as exemplifying customer commitment. A few weeks ago I had the worst treatment in all my life and left wondering what happened. I called and spoke with the assistant service manager and was just given excuses for their behavior. I'm done with them. My advise is take your business elsewhere. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bill Marsh Ford I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bill Marsh Ford through E bay. When I came and inspected the vehicle the customer service I received was Ex I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bill Marsh Ford through E bay. When I came and inspected the vehicle the customer service I received was Excellent! My salesman ( Joe and Julies) were so friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I left Bill Marsh with a great feeling about the used vehicle (No Warranty) I purchased. The following day I took my new vehicle in due to a temperature Gage issue. My mechanic informed me that the problem with the vehicle was a blown head gasket! This repair was going to cost $2600!! Remembering the great people at Bill Marsh I phoned them to let them know what was happening. Not even 24hours later my vehicle was in the shop getting a new engine thanks to them! This dealership does not only provide exceptional customer service but also peace of mind. They did not have to agree to help me in any way, but they did. This is a wonderful dealership with wonderful employees and they truly care about there customers! Thank you Bill Marsh Ford! God Bless! More

I wanted to take a minute to give you and your dealership some feedback about my visit last light. First of all, I was under the impression that I was to meet you. If you re-read our email, you state that I will be meeting you at 7:30. I am understanding of the fact that you may not handle the transaction of a sale, but no one was aware that I had an appointment. Once I explained the situation, I then had to brief your amnager as to what our emails were about, and what we were discussing. Which brings me to my next issue - you had relayed to me that your dealership would be able to work on the price of the vehicle to get me in the car....taking $200 off is not working on the price. If I would have been told that the price is not able to be reduced, I would not have wasted my time, my brother-in-law's time, and your sales personnel's time and driven 45 minutes to see the car. I know you don't care about my sob stories...but I work 12 hour shifts, and I have an infant at home. Being a new mom - it is very difficult for me to have to work all day away from my son - and to then waste my time and come to your dealership for nothing...is very upsetting. I did not get home until close to 9:00 - and of course my son was in bed and I won't get to see him until tonight after work. This equates to almost 48 hours of me not seeing my son - Even if you can't understand the magnitude of this...I am sure you can respect that my time is important to me - as I am sure your is to you. I also was very disapointed that your salesman could not give me any pricing information, and stated the manager would handle the transaction, however she continuously was woking on other issues, or walking away. If I had to deal with her, I should not have wasted more time with the salesman. The staff appeared to be very disorganized, and even at times condescending and disrespectful. Once again, I would have the same critique if I brought the car home last night - so this has nothing to do with me not getting the car...and all about poor handling of a potential client. As for the car, I advised Dave of the multiple scratches - of which he seems to have conviently miscounted, and also of the stains in the carpet in the cargo area. It was a nice car, however not in my price range. Being that the price was not able to be lowered, even a little, I will not be purchasing the vehicle. Please be honest with the next potential client about the price and the cosmetic consition of the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in the service at your dealership, and I will be voicing my displeasure on Ford forums, used car forums, and to anyone who will listen. These guys are easily the best dealership within 60 mile of Philadelphia. We saw 2 other dealers before them and these guys are great.
