Wanted to upgrade to a diesel and the were willing to push one on to me. Traded in my 250 for 350. Just got done spending 4000 to fix it after only having it for 6 months and putting 3k miles on it. They stayed that they did a complete inspection of the truck. Well the exhaust fell out and all the fuel injectors needed replaced. Called them and got the response oh well that's your problem. Will never deal with them again. Luckily found a shop who was able to fix the problems More

Selling a pre-owned vehicle and the service department going against what the saleperson wants for the customer is a bad deal. Especially when the service manager was the previous owner and new the dash l going against what the saleperson wants for the customer is a bad deal. Especially when the service manager was the previous owner and new the dash lights didn't work and allowed the vehicle to be re-sold without fixing it. Your Bad! I hope you get the same treatment! That would be a fair deal. You are a crook and need to be fired Mr. Serice Manager! You aren't doing good for Kia at all! I will not be buying another new vehicle from them until I know that service manager isn't there anymore. More

My wife was interested in a new Kia Soul. We went to another Kia dealer in the area and were very displeased with the visit. We then went to McCafferty Kia and were extremely happy from the time we walked in the door. Everyone was extremely nice. Brenda the sales manager introduced us to Bill Jupitz our salesman. Bill was very pleasant to deal with and very willing to listen to what you wanted. We gave him some pretty tough guidelines on what we wanted and after looking for about two weeks he was able to locate what we wanted. They made arrangements and brought the car in. From talking to the other salesman he was on the phone constantly trying to locate it for us. He put forth a great effort and the end result was wonderful. We got exactly what we wanted. I would strongly recommend Mccafferty Kia for your Kia purchases and Bill Jupitz for your salesman. He will get you what you want and is extremely pleasant and fun to talk to.
