Service center is a joke and they will lie to you through their teeth for you to pay for their services. car was dropped off for a repair only they could do and it was pricey asked them if the rest of the ca their teeth for you to pay for their services. car was dropped off for a repair only they could do and it was pricey asked them if the rest of the car looked good before i dropped 2K into a 2K car they said yes i felt good with that answer and it was incorrect went for inspection and was told this service shop and Jason their top performer missed a whole lot wrong with the vehicle that made it very unsafe to drive, try to call to find out what happened am told every time no one is available to take my call. Do not bring your car here for service and I would not even buy a car from here very rude employees that could care less about the Ford policy or the consumer. More
Bought a Kia Soul 2019 turbo 20k miles. Two months later the sunroof would not close. Not electrical, track needs lubricated so not under warranty . You’d think in spite of paying 28,000 Two months later the sunroof would not close. Not electrical, track needs lubricated so not under warranty . You’d think in spite of paying 28,000 for the car and not even having it 90 days they would take care of it for me. Of course they will not. It’s out of my pocket. Very hard to feel good about this car and this dealer. More
Non Accommodating and a lying, stealing dealership I found a 2012 Suburban that just came onto the lot. It started it and it ran and drove fine. the tires were 5/32 tread. I asked if I could buy it a found a 2012 Suburban that just came onto the lot. It started it and it ran and drove fine. the tires were 5/32 tread. I asked if I could buy it as is. the answer was no. they would put in a new battery, new oil, and new tires. what a waist. the battery was good, the tires were good. I understand they want to do the service to increase the profit margin and agreed to their wasteful practice. We came to a price agreement and the salesman texted me the final price along with the $578 make more profit fees and then of course the repeating tax fees that the state does. I went to pick up the vehicle. The final price was $411 more than my statement including a $399 sensor fee. When I asked why the total cost was different than my text document she said they had a system crash that day and all the misc fees were doubled which was easy to see that was a lie. The main extra charge was a line item that said sensor. She adjusted and was still off by $41. I called her on that too and she was it was another mistake but she was doing me a big favor and fixing it all up. I asked if I could put part of the payment on credit card and the rest on a check. The answer was no. So in summary this a non-accommodating lying dealership. Buyer beware. More
Came in for a non starting motor after an engine swap. Was told by service advisor the motor was seized. This is impossible as the motor turned upon install and flywheel connected without issue. When I ex Was told by service advisor the motor was seized. This is impossible as the motor turned upon install and flywheel connected without issue. When I expressed my concern on this diagnosis and how I felt it was a torque converter or flywheel issue causing a jam at the starter and not the motor itself I was treated like a child as the advisor (Wes) explained that his senior master mechanic said it was seized so that’s that. I could allow them to do more work of splitting the transmission (@$150/hr) mind you, I feel their original fee of $170 to tell me incorrectly that the motor is seized was just as waste at this point and they solely want to rake me over the coals. Their management team became involved as I stated I did not agree with diagnosis and if found to be incorrect I should be given my diagnosis fee back. This did not sit well. I was told to pay for my vehicle and remove it. Today I received a text stating if I did not remove my vehicle I would be charged $50/day storage. Mind you it had only been 3 days since being told my engine was seized (wrong) and i have to arrange to have it towed; all while I work 60-70 hrs a week. Just no consideration. So I call to render payment and have them leave invoice (so I can argue it later) and key in car; I will be down after hours to get. I was told my total would be $170 after tax. When I called in today they tried to charge me a $23 environmental fee for doing a diagnostic on a non running vehicle. There was NEVER a mention of this fee until that moment! This dealership is shady! Look at their rating of less than 3 stars. Like that’s awful. 3 stars is bad to begin with and most would stay away from them, this one…don’t even waste your time. All you will get is a bill. My advice. Buy a Toyota! More
Salesman Harrison was top notch! He stated That he is relatively new to the business, however is off to a great start and has a promising future! This dealer also communicates with e He stated That he is relatively new to the business, however is off to a great start and has a promising future! This dealer also communicates with each other and out of the 3 people i spoke to, they all knew what was going on with my deal. I also spoke to salesman Chip who was also great and very helpful. Eric the finance manager was not like any other finance manager I’ve dealt with they are typically pushy and arrogant. This was not the case with Eric. He was informative and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and assisted however he could. Upper Marlboro have me a great deal on the truck I purchased and also great value on my trade. This is not common during current times with any of the other Ford dealers. Harrison even drove the truck 3 hours to me and picked up my trade in. This was an effortless vehicle purchase and I feel upper Marlboro did whatever they could to make the deal happen. I highly recommend them and would encourage any one to deal with them and reach out to Harrison to get your next vehicle. More
