I bought my second car from them because the first on they sold me had engine problems. I took the first car in for service and they told me nothing was wrong. After complaining enough they finally loo they sold me had engine problems. I took the first car in for service and they told me nothing was wrong. After complaining enough they finally looked at it again and discovered there was an issue. Since it was not able to be resolved for several months do to back ordered parts I traded it in. I purchased another car from them that same day. Months later I get a collection notice from them saying that I had failed to pay for the service done on the first car that I no longer owned. When I called the dealership and spoke to a manager he said he would look into it and call me back. I never heard from him and when I call him he does not return my calls. I have sent emails and called the BBB, but the dealership will not call me back to resolve this problem. DO NOT GO THERE! More
Our salesperson, Bill Jupitz, along with his sales manager, Brenda, and finance team Tawnya & Eric are the cream of the crop. We purchased a 2010 Kia Soul, which we LOVE... so much so, that two othe manager, Brenda, and finance team Tawnya & Eric are the cream of the crop. I went car shopping on line and decided to check out McCafferty. I found a car I liked but after looking around and talking with Bill and believe me i'm not an easy person to work with. Bill made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable.I got a Kei Fote and I LOVE IT ! Thought this passed year Bill and I have remain friends. My daughter came home in September 2011 from a 9 month deployment.Bill helped me buy another car in less then a year and send it to my Navy Sailor who came home with 7 earned Ribbons on hers chests. Bill Jupitz made this all possible for My Daughter,My Hero. I will go to Bill Jupitz again for my next car too. I Thank him for all he has done. Past, Present, and Future :O) More
Bill is always AWESOME to work with!! He gives me his undevided attention and always asks me if I would like anything to drink or a snack to eat. They all stayed late the night I purchased my new Jeep from them just so I could go home with it that night. Brenda worked out an amazing deal and Bill followed through with every word he said. This team at McCafferty is the best around and I would advise everyone I know to work with them when purchasing a new or used vehicle! :) More
I have looked at a couple used cars at McCafferty Kia over the years. The prices and quality usually seemed pretty reasonable. When I found out that they had the truck that I wanted, I decided to come over the years. The prices and quality usually seemed pretty reasonable. When I found out that they had the truck that I wanted, I decided to come in for a test drive. The price was good, and the truck came with a 100k warranty, and sold itself. The first sales guy I talked to was a little pushy, but when I talked to the Kia manager, Brenda, we were able to work out our differences. In the end, I was really impressed with her leadership and vision: "I work very hard to not be the 'typical' car experience people hear about." That says a lot of Brenda and the dealership, and I would recommend McCafferty to friends. More
My wife and I stopped in on a whim and decided to look at the 2012 Sorento. The car itself was great and we were very interested. Dan came out and asked if we needed any opened without pushing us towards any the 2012 Sorento. The car itself was great and we were very interested. Dan came out and asked if we needed any opened without pushing us towards anyone in perticular. He listened to what we needed and then made recommendations from that. We test drove 3 different models till we fell in love with the one we pick up tomorrow. They could not give me what I want on a trade in, but helped me by calling other places to see what they could do, but the whole time treating me like I was a friend and answering questions and running different numbers for me. They never played the "CAR" game...trying to up sale me on everything....they worked with my budget and were great. The best dealer I have ever worked with and Dan Thompson is the best sales guy. Very friendly, helpful, non pushy and just a heck of a salesman. All in All just a great experience and will send anyone I can to see him. Thanks again and I can't wait for the new car tomorrow. I have already submitted card for recommendations during the "Customer Appreciation Dinner" a few weeks ago...but I just wanted to tell you again, how much I love McCafferty People and wished I could buy my the "Customer Appreciation Dinner" a few weeks ago...but I just wanted to tell you again, how much I love McCafferty People and wished I could buy my dream car a NEW SEDONA and a NEW FORD for my husband. Marie Donachy of Dillsburg By the way, we had to buy a Rondo which is the only car we could afford, and my husband and I both HATE the car. It actually was built for kids or a younger generation. Not for folks who have had spinal surgery. Every single bump we go over actual hurts. We can't wait till we can trade it in on a car we can afford. I had an Kia Sportage, 1997 which just sold 2 years ago. I loved every part of that car. Actually drove it into the ground. It was comfortable and long wearing. I moved everything in the world in it. It fit me to a Tee. But of course to buy one now with spinal surgery behind me is out the question. So, I am truly looking forward to my new SEDONA.COMFORT< COMFORT COMFORT all the way.
