Normally I’m in and out for oil change with an hour or so. This time it was almost 2 hours and the guy who checked me in was hard to find. The service manager Michael was very rude and stated for me not to bring my vehicle back after I questioned the invoice because they over charged me. I showed the cashier and one of the sales manager’s Bob me not to bring my vehicle back after I questioned the invoice because they over charged me. I showed the cashier and one of the sales manager’s Bob the repairs online that was sent via a link to my cellphone vs the invoice and it didn’t add up or make sense to them either. I had to return the next day to pick up my vehicle and the invoice was less but still more and incorrect. I had to get a sales manager involved to get the invoice correct after showing him the charges that were online. Michael’s boss TJ still have not given me a call. Two days late after picking up my vehicle the vehicle shut off after I started it and the next day the check engine light came on. The vehicle is also making a noise when the heat is turned on and it was not doing so before the repairs. I have called the dealership twice to bring the vehicle back. The 2nd time I called I spoke with Collin and advised what as going on. He said he had to talk to Micheal and I still have not heard back from Collin or Michael. Michael’s customer service is very poor!! It was poor when they were servicing my Genesis and the issue I had with exhaust entering my vehicle after Family Hyundai replaced the engine and transmission is no longer happening after they just replaced the exhaust flex pipe. Corporate advised that Micheal stated I never brought the vehicle in with the concern after the work was completed with the engine and transmission, which is lie. If I didn’t have the warranties on my vehicle with Family Hyundai I would step foot in the service department. More
The service provider did not demonstrate good customer service skills in maintaining updates with my vehicle. He was not attentive, he interrupts when speaking with him, and is not thorough in his communi service skills in maintaining updates with my vehicle. I have been forced to bring my vehicle in multiple times due to the service/work not being thorough. My vehicle is still having problems and I now have to take it again for the 4th time in one month. The manager on duty was extremely rude when a call was made to inform them of this. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend. More
