I brought my car in for a recurring engine issue with documentation on what my personal mechanic had already done and asked that they look beyond the obvious computer readout to find the actual root of documentation on what my personal mechanic had already done and asked that they look beyond the obvious computer readout to find the actual root of the problem. The diagnosis that was recommended came directly from the computer and was the same thing that already had been done. The reason given was that my mechanic had not used Hyundai factory parts. I recognize the importance of using reliable parts, but also realize that parts manufacturers make parts under many names. The parts that were used came with a lifetime warranty, yet the same error code continues to come up. I love my car and would really like to get to the bottom of the problem but feel that I need to find another Hyundai service center that will take the initiative to determine the actual cause. More
I brought in my 2022 Tucson for oil change in Jan 15. I told the staff the power window locks for rear seat is not functioned, can he take a look so I can make an appointment for repair if necessary. But he said the Tucson is not equipped with power window lock for rear seat. So I went home double check the car manual and sure that switches is to lock the rear seat window. What a mis-leading, his name is Kenneth Begeske. I called back to the dealer and someone helped me left a message to the manager, but no response until now. More
