Why Family Hyundai? Not so much of a review of my sales experience, but why I chose, and have chosen in the past, Family. Not only are they located in my "neighborhood" Not so much of a review of my sales experience, but why I chose, and have chosen in the past, Family. Not only are they located in my "neighborhood" but that they also carry a pretty large inventory of vehicles. I always research the vehicle I am interested in and than look at dealers inventory to see what they have on their lot. It seems that Family always have more selection than any of the other dealers, plus after looking at the inventory on line they don't badger you with phone calls. That being said, I would have to say that all of the sales people that I have dealt with always took the time to answer questions and work with getting a pretty good deal. Lastly i would have to say it's their recognition of customers not only at the time of the sale, but after is also a good feeling. That's why first time buyers become repeat customers. More
