I found Family to be easy to deal with and like Skip's no pressure sales approach and how he connects w This is the third car I purchased from Family. However, there is two areas the dealership needs improvement in however. 1. The visit to Al's offices so he can sale paint and cloth sealers or tire rim insurance is very annoying and lowers my overall score of family by one level otherwise I may be inclined to give you a score of 10. 2. Past service visits. Your vehicle inspection report issued by service after a car has been serviced is not accurate based on my past experience. My battery and brakes on the car I traded in where marked good when in fact service was needed. I had the work done elsewhere due to lack of confidence in your service department. More
