2018 Santa Fe Sport This is the third car I purchased from Family. I found Family to be easy to deal with and like Skip's no pressure sales approach and how he connects w This is the third car I purchased from Family. I found Family to be easy to deal with and like Skip's no pressure sales approach and how he connects with customers, it's easier to buy from a person who develops a friendship over time than an over aggressive stranger. However, there is two areas the dealership needs improvement in however. 1. The visit to Al's offices so he can sale paint and cloth sealers or tire rim insurance is very annoying and lowers my overall score of family by one level otherwise I may be inclined to give you a score of 10. 2. Past service visits. Your vehicle inspection report issued by service after a car has been serviced is not accurate based on my past experience. My battery and brakes on the car I traded in where marked good when in fact service was needed. I had the work done elsewhere due to lack of confidence in your service department. More

3 hour drive time wasted This place is a joke! Dont waste your time! I drove from 3 hours away and when I got their the back windows didnt even roll down to a 2015 Hyundai Gen This place is a joke! Dont waste your time! I drove from 3 hours away and when I got their the back windows didnt even roll down to a 2015 Hyundai Genesis! How do you sell a 30k car and the windows dont even work!? The Manager Jason is completely unprofessional when I brought it to his attention. I simply asked for a $500 discount for the windows not working and I would still buy the car. He said my car was all scratched up and had dings in it. Which is common when the car is 12 years old. This place wasted my entire day of work and 6 hours of drive time. YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT, ESPECIALLY ONES THAT DRIVE 3 HOURS AWAY! I wish I could give negative stars for such a horrible experience! More
