Quanda showed me a used Honda Civic for my son before it was ready to show. Not sure if he was suppose show the car before going through insepection and cl showed me a used Honda Civic for my son before it was ready to show. They seemed okay, but the sale, not customer, comes first. I worked with them trying to buy a new vehicle. They offered a quote and later said the vehicle was sold. They offered another vehicle immediately t I worked with them trying to buy a new vehicle. They offered a quote and later said the vehicle was sold. They offered another vehicle immediately thereafter, but were unclear on the price. I asked them to confirm the price. They said they would confirm. I actually started down to the dealership and they never confirmed, despite me calling back. Come to find out that had sold that vehicle and just decided never to get back with me. The next day, they called back to ask it there was anything they could do for me, as if nothing had happened. Then, to make up for it, they quoted me a good price only to finalize a price that was $4,000 higher when we got down to brass tacks. Sorry, we sent you a quote on last year's model. While I believe it was an honest mistake, it did not endear me to this dealer. I don't think the dealer's prices were out of line, though. More
